Sounds like Trump should not have blown up Obama's deal with Iran. He owns both major middle east conflicts as well as the continued bombing of Yemen. Interfering with the Abraham Accords and assassinating Ifanian genrals after he was handed the best situation with Iran in 40 plus years have been two of the worst decisions of a horrible presidency.

1) Russia started the war. I don’t think it was worth it at all. Whose fault is that, mine or the West’s for supporting Ukraine’s right to self-determination? If the Ukrainians wanted to stop fighting they could have surrendered right now, but they won’t because Putin’s promises during a ceasefire are worth nothing.
2) The deaths during this war are squarely on the shoulders of Russia. Anyone with an ounce of moral clarity understands this. If we support a democracy fighting for their freedom it doesn’t become our moral responsibility for not letting Russia do whatever it wants.

I don’t think any of what I said here has to do with my position on proxy wars. My position from the start is that Russia is massively blundering by doing this if the point is to weaken NATO. Europe is rearming because of this war ffs.
And on top of being a blunder it is the classic case of an unjustified war. A pure war for expansion and no other convincing reason. I don’t believe the proposition that “Russia is invading Ukraine because NATO provoked them”. That’s silly as Ukraine was specifically rejected from NATO because of their conflict with Russia. It was Ukraine that wanted to join NATO, not NATO that wanted Ukraine to join. Just as with them getting a deal with the EU. It was Ukraine that wanted the deal, the EU would have been just fine without them.
The casus beli for Israel is much stronger than that. They were directly attacked. A response was not only expected but justified. I would argue the war should have ended long ago but it hasn’t and we are stuck with that initial condition that started the war.
Regardless that’s a tangent because the point is you bring up Ukraine as some kind of mark against the Democrats. You’re actually mad at Trump because he hasn’t said he would sanction Ukraine or something to strongarm them into surrender. Whatever it is you think the US should do.
