ACR has botrings operating, ignores comprehensive player reports on who those bots are, changes their policies and pulls guarantees in their favor, lost player balances and rakeback for weeks/months with a disastrous software beta rollout, etc etc. That's just off the top of my head. They're the shadiest site I've seen in online poker, so it's fair game to question anything that goes on there.

Once they learn the basics of live play and get over being massive tellboxes, your basic online grinder can mop the floor with even the good regs in live casino games. They probably won't get invites to games over 5-10, though.

I have ACR and Black Chip Poker accounts, and play there occasionally. I stay away from their hold'em cash games, because they are infested with mass-multitabling rakeback/leaderboard grinders, and it is hard to find an edge. I will play their tournaments from time to time.

They are by no means the shadiest sites out there, not compared to Ignition/Bovada, whose anti-bot policies make ACR look like a paragon of vigilance; and not when there are sites in the world market that are operated as honey traps for the Russian bot cartel.

ACR is nowhere close to the shadiest site that I have played on. I played on Ultimate Bet back in the day, and I was grinding up through shortstacking a welcome-back bonus on Full Tilt when Black Friday hit.

i have about 40-50k hands vs boski, ebony & Khun, respectively and im running about 3bb/100 under EV vs all of them, specifically ( in MTTs $16-109) its so noticeable that Boski makes fun of me on his stream and calls light because he runs so well against me. personally i think its just they way shit goes. but it is a very fun coincidence another extreme example is a donkey peytonmanning im running like 4bb/100 below ev in hands vs that guy. again all of this means very little overall but it is odd that its these people specifically.
