It can get out of control fast. Some incident where some marines die for example could be catastrophic. Probably not civil war because it's a bit one sided. Civil war would require a part of the military to mutiny but soem form of martial law could happen.

The mere act of being in the country without proper documentation is not a crime. You of course can be deported for being in the country without proper documentation.
A large percentage of what people are referring to when they say "illegal immigrants" have committed no crime related to that status. They are people who entered legally and have had their visas expire or similar. This is not a crime, so they are not criminals. Being an undocumented immigrant is a civil offense, not criminal. That's about 40% now. It used to be the majority, in fact.

1. I think immigration is a wonderful thing. Immigration is a net positive for our country. I would guess in my own life personally it's probably neutral. It has perhaps been a net negative in some of the communities in which I have lived due to crowding and increased crime in areas in which I've lived. But I myself have not been a victim of crime.
2. I would like to see a more "original intent" interpretation of the Constitution. Some liberal courts in the past have seemingly invented rights that are not explict in the Constitution itself.

Agreed but generally way underestimate the further risk . They tend to think it's a bad situation but that the risk of it getting much worse has remained low. The reality is very different. It's both bad and much more risky. We create situations where even a small group or lone actor can cause an explosive sequence of events.

This is factually accurate. Also, a lot of people assume that anyone who wants to get a visa to enter the United States can do so. I don't believe that is the case. I remember several years ago talking to a working class guy in Domenica who had friends in the United States. I asked him whether he had ever visited his friends in the U.S. He laughed and said "You think I can get a visa? They look at a guy like me and say, 'there's someone who will never go home if we let him in.'"

With unlimited force i mean exactly that: no limit to the violence allowed. Doesn't mean you have to / can go allin immediatly, but you are pre-cleared to be allowed to go allin without remorse if intermediate steps don't work.
