In the current news climate we see that some figures and events tend to dominate the front-pages heavily. Still, there a
Until proven otherwise by an actual indictment, I'm going with the charges are completely made up.
Will post apology if proven wrong.
He has been indicted, I apologize for being wrong.
Curious why the indictment has been sealed. You think they'd want everyone to know what he was doing.
See how easy that is all you morons who can't admit fault?

Indictment was unsealed on Friday, when he was brought back to the USA

Nice win for the Libs. They got the wife beating/human trafficker back in the US so he can get his due process.
I'll ignore the question regarding this person's guilt (because it is not important), and instead reply to this on principle:
There is no such thing as due process only for people you like. The entire point of due process is that the everyone has a set of basic legal rights when it comes to imprisonment, property seizure and being subjected to force by the state.
Everyone.
Not "people mongidig likes", not "people tame_deuces likes".
Now, if you take your hands of the keyboard / phone for 10 seconds and think this through instead of jumping through hoops to defend your political heroes and instead imagine a government seated by your favorite political villains, you would probably realize why it is wise to support this principle.

This is the only country where this happens. When are we going to wise up?

Due process is about getting sentenced.
Being deported if illegal isn't a sentence, it isn't punishment.
It's the interruption of a crime.
If you trespass into my property you get deported outside the property without "due process". Your existence in my property is a crime and law enforcement interrupts the crime while it is happening by deporting you out of my property.
We do not wait for the deliberation of a court to interrupt crime ongoing in front of law enforcement.

Being illegal in the US isn't a crime. Violation of legal immigration but not an actual crime.
Except in America it happens so often it's not shocking any more.
Austria is having three days of mourning.
They don't have the 2a nor the NRA though, and they have mandatory background checks to own guns and you need licensing.
So they have what democrats claim would stop mass shootings from happening yet...
They are also 1/36th of the American population, and you need to wait several years to get into 36 mass shooting events in schools with at least 10 casualties (which is what just happened in Austria proportionally), even in the USA

Parking where it's not allowed isn't a crime usually yet you don't get due process before the car is removed.
Even if it's just a civil violation, it's still an ongoing violation, so fixing it by physically removing you from the place you aren't allowed to be in isn't a violation of due process.
Same as if you enter an "employees only" area, might not be a crime, yet you get kicked out without due process.

But you do get due process in terms of migration. Your comparison is pretty much a false equivalence in terms of gravitas. It is a violation of due process, due to an illegal migrant not being a criminal, due to being illegal. They get their day in court and the nuances and merits of their case is examined and then decided on accordingly. Not the same as parking in front of a fire hydrant or on a double yellow line.

Bolded is false. I believe Due Process begins at the time of arrest. Due process includes the entirety of the legal process until the defendant is either found not guilty of the crime, or until sentencing if found guilty.
Due process is about getting sentenced??
