It would be surprising if Trump weren't mentioned in the documents. But there's no indication of anything outright illegal on Trump's part, or any particular sign that he shared Epstein's interest in girls 'on the younger side' as he put it. Just the usual sleazy goings-on among rich cronies. If any evidence of crime emerges, that would be entertaining, but it looks as though Musk is just having one of his fits of temper, like when he called that bloke 'pedo guy' for no real reason except pique after the Thailand cave rescue. (Musk won the resulting defamation case by claiming it was a casual unmeant slur, but that's the US libel courts for you -- and the plaintiff was probably asking for too much in damages anyway, which won't have helped.)

Pretty much what d2 said. I believe that Elon said those things. But as I said before, Elon lies almost as much as Trump, so there is no particular reason to believe that there is anything in the "Epstein files" (whatever those are) that would be damaging to Trump. In fact, I would say it is highly unlikely.

Honestly the Epstein files are way overblown to me. Unless there is some independent evidence other than being on the flight logs the mere fact of being on the logs alone is not enough to infer that there is wrongdoing.
However Trump supporters are the ones that push that it does matter, so therefore if they selectively carve out an excuse for Trump, that’s obviously insane cultish behavior. The issue is they revel in being insane and cultish.
