1/3/5 3way 3bet bloated pot
1/3/5 10 handed
The rock is out everyhand, but played from every single position so the position is weird preflop.
This place is usually very fishy with aggro tendencies.
Just sat down not too long ago.
V1 ~ Young white guy with sunshades, stacks 450ish.
V2 ~ Played with him ages ago, lag but not super crazy aggro, but gets aggro with bluffs in weird spots, including turn raises, river bets/raises etc.
Very loose preflop, facing 3bet will call any 3bets once he's in the pot.
stacks 350
Hero has 500, hero is between nit/tag to v2.
Rock straddle is on utg+1, 2 limpers, V1(CO) opens to 30, BTN calls, V2(sb) calls BB calls, Hero is dealt A♣J♣ in UTG 3bets to 150(too small?)
V1 and V2 calls.
Pot 515
Flop T♠7♠3♦
V2 donk ships 200
Hero???
V1 has 300 left yet to act?
We have odds to call/ship here?
If all our outs are live we have 24%.

I dont understand the blind structure but flop seems like an easy fold
I do understand the blind structure, and flop still seems like an easy fold 😉
Go bigger pre at this table. Make it $200-$250 -- commit them. Pot is already $135, and you aren't in a great spot being UTG.
Maybe shove or flat call preflop.
Actually, I am not sure we can 3! this hand with this stack depth. Shoving is risky. If you get called, it is only a little better than A5s. I am not happy about 3-betting 30% of our stack here either. Maybe better to flat call, and be ahead of most aces, jacks, and flushes.
I do agree it would be nice to have some type of range on V1 before 3betting.
Really easy fold.
Spoiler
I folded in game.
V1 called with KJo
V2 shows 98s no flushdraw.
Grunch:
PRE - yes, 150 is probably too small. I'd have made it 180 minimum, and probably just 200-225, or just flat called. We don't really love 3B'ing AJs and getting action.
ETA - just realized you're not starting all that deep. Just flat call, or fold, or jam. There's no raise size you can take here that doesn't commit you to calling off the rest.
FLOP - just fold. V made our decision easy. If he has AJss he's free-rolling us. We're crushed by most of the range that donk jams here, when we have all the big over-pairs in our range.
