Best Diamond Celebration Steakhouse in Las Vegas
We ate at Binion's a few years ago and loved it! Happy to go back unless the group has a better idea!
Have to admit I am leaning towards Peter Luger since I am a native New Yorker who lived in Brooklyn but never ate at the original location (I was way too poor when I lived there to ever eat there).
Bugsy and Meyers at Flamingo is pretty good

Emerils steakhouse Delmonico in Venetian/Palazzo restaurant row is fire
I actually liked Bugsy better than Lugers.
Although I wish I could use the diamond dinner at the real lugers.
Haven't had the horseshoe steakhouse yet.
I took some out of towners to Bugsy's and it was probably the worst strip steakhouse I've been to. I actually felt pretty guilty about it because they were here from Europe for their wedding and it was my idea to go there.
One of the main things I disliked is that it nickle and dimed a lot, which I know many Caesars places do. Still, they charged for bread and butter. (I looked it up rn. $20 for bread and butter!) There was no beer on tap and a meager selection. Nonetheless, they charged a lot for drinks. I think my friend paid $15 for a can of bud or something. Obviously, a little can of beer is not going to be enough for most people to drink with a big meal. So if you want ordinary beer and some bread with your meal, you're already at around $50. The service was also sub standard. Took like 5 mins to flag down a server at some point.
I remember one menu item was very good and everything else was average to below average for that price. Which is to say, it was good food. But this place is on the pricy side for a Vegas steakhouse and it's not as good as, say, Oscar's or the place at The Palms. Like, you could go to palms during happy hour and I think it would be cheaper than Bugsy with a celebration dinner.
I've only had the tomato salad, burger, fries and beer at Lugers but I felt the prices were fair, all of the food was quite good, they gave me a full mug of good beer on tap. Excellent service and a cool vibe that makes for a memorable experience.
I've never been to the others. I've heard Gordon's is good. If you're going to blow some cash, I think that would be a more memorable experience for slightly more money.
Gordon Ramsey steak is excellent, but would eat that diamond $100 real quick.

How many people? My last celebration dinner was at Peter Luger and the $100 covered about a third for two people
Jack Binions @ The Horseshoe is excellent and I use my $100 there the last 2 years. It does NOT cover the bill by any stretch of the imagination (no alcohol drinks) but puts a serious dent in it. I plan of $125 plus tip. So by current LV standards not bad.
I take it that the steakhouse doesn't need to be on the strip sine you listed Ruth Chris... search out the Golden Steer and/or Echo and Rig...
Remember, it needs to be a Caesars restaurant. So he can use his diamond dinner.

Oh... my bad.
Yeah, I limited the poll choices to the places on the last Diamond Celebration pamphlet they are handing out there recently.
The Voodoo place at Rio was pretty good but can't be used now obviously.
For me good choices
Ruth’s Chris
Peter Luger
Gordon Ramsey
Okay choices
Flamingo
Not again
Horseshoe Binions
Never tried
Linq
Cromwell
Paris (no real steakhouse?)
Planet Hollywood
Agree. GR steak is very good.

Actually Gordon Ramsey Steak is in Paris and I’ve had some really good meals there. Solid choice imo.
The Gordan Ramsey I referred to is the one in front of Caesars.
Stayed at Paris several times. Never say a GR Steak there. Where is it physically located?
ETA:
Looked it up and now I do recall it right off the casino floor. Never ate there but I have ate at others. I would expect it to be a solid choice.
Over my last two Vegas trips I hit up Gordon Ramsey Kitchen (Harrahs), Ruth's Chris (Harrahs), and Jack Binion's (Horseshoe). All three were solid - but Jack Binions was tops for me.
GR Kitchen - Cool vibes, pretty good service. Had a filet, it was good but overcooked (I ordered Med Rare, it was Med Well). I didn't want to be the guy to send it back, but was disappointed. Waited for staff to come by and was going to mention it, but after waiting at least 5 minutes without seeing wait staff, just ate it.
Ruth's Chris - Went solo, checked their reservations system and saw they had openings every 15 minutes for the next 90 minutes. Walked in behind a couple who also had no reservation, and they were seated at a table. I checked in at the host stand and said I'd like a table, she said they had nothing available for a table for about 45 minutes, but there was immediate seating at the bar. I didn't want to call her out, so sighed and sat at the bar with other solo patrons. Had their 3 course meal with a ribeye, food was great. Service was solid, just would have preferred to be sat at a table.
Jack Binions - Everything was great. Had their 3 course meal as well with Prime Rib. Was fantastic all around. Looking forward to going back there again in a little over a week.
Though not a steakhouse, Hells kitchen has an excellent lunch prix fixe menu that includes the beef wellington, appetizer, and sticky toffee pudding.

I was in just in Vegas 6/4 - 6/11, and have to downgrade Jack Binions at Horseshoe. I went for dinner, and was asked if I was in a hurry/on dinner break, which I said unfortunately no, just here for a nice dinner. Was sat at a table and given only an "express menu" which stated at the bottom no deviations from what is listed on the menu. I went back to the host stand and asked what the deal is as the server just dropped this menu and zipped off. So they re-sat me at a different table. Had planned to order the Prix Fixe menu, comes with salad or French Onion Soup, 12 oz Prime Rib, potatoes or Brussel sprouts, and dessert. Instead ordered Lobster Bisque, 12 oz Prime Rib, and Creamed Spinach. Waited about 8 minutes, server walked by and said lobster Bisque should be right out. All of a sudden the girl from the host desk plops a plate of Prime Rib in front of me.... I said I don't think this is mine... she says "you ordered it, it's yours". I said but I ordered lobster Bisque as a starter....she said "yeah here it is" as she placed a side of creamed Spinach on the table. I said uhhh no, that's spinach. Awkward pause.... she says oh well I'll get you a lobster bisque then, and starts walking away. I said you can just forget the bisque at this point....and now I'm sitting there befuddled. She now comes back and as she's about to put a lobster bisque on my table I again say stop! And she says here's your bisque, and puts it on the table. Asks if I need anything else?? I said well, I'm confused here because this is all jacked up, and this doesn't work because obviously somethings going to go cold here.... she said she's just trying to help the kitchen, do I want to talk to the manager???
So finally I say sure I guess, and about that time my server comes by and sees the debacle, and he says oh no. I say yeah, this is messed up. So he asks what I want to do. I said well, I wanted the bisque, and I want the Prime Rib, but if I eat the bisque either the Prime Rib gets colder by the second, or you take it back and toss it and then bring me a new one, but I don't feel right about wasting a good piece of meat like that. He agreed, he said if I don't want the bisque he will take it off. About this time the manager walked up, and then kept walking. So, no bisque, straight to Prime Rib. Which was good. Then I had Apple Cobbler for dessert since I hadn't had the bisque starter. Had 2 beers with dinner. When the check came.... nothing comped, no discount, just removed the charge for the bisque.
I paid with rewards points and a $100 7 star meal voucher, left a cash tip, and walked out shaking my head.
Maybe now in my 40s I'm becoming a grumpy old dude, but will not be heading back to Binions steakhouse in Vegas, and no longer recommending them.
Also enjoy Bugsy
Luger has a great lunch special for $45 where you can get that and a few drinks under the $100
Ruth’s Chris was great
Jack binion I like prime rib and their baked potato
We wound up at Peter Luger's and had a wonderful time. They didn't do anything special (Binion's actually had a special Diamond Dinner menu with our names on it) but the service was otherwise perfect. The bacon was amazing and the steak was perfect. We spent $310 after the $100 credit including a fairly generous tip.

Not making excuses for Binions (never ate there) but spending your Diamond anniversary dinner at one of the WSOP host hotels during WSOP may not be the best idea.

We went to Binions many years ago, pre-COVID actually. This time was during WSOP and we went to Peter Luger's which is in Caesar's Palace.
