Followed by a 30 min walk

Sitting at 93.8kg at 177cm. Want to be 78kg.
Yesterday did 6x40m sprints.

Sitting at 209.8lbs atm at 5 foot 10. Short term goal is to be at 220.4lbs. we are basically a beginner lifter so we should be able to put on 11lbs in 3 months.
Will have to start eating more since we will start training more as well. Like Rich Piana RIP says eat more real food and to get big you gotta eat big.
sleep is on point getting 8-10 hours every night.
Shaved my abs a few weeks ago like gus Hansen does but want them to be as hairy as my ass and back now. Beard will be growing longer and hair a bit longer on head. I do like gus haircut though and shave it like his and Patrick As with a clean shave and the women comment that Im good looking. I'm not aiming to get laid though I reckon it makes you weak and even Pythagoras said it makes men weak when they blow their load.
Im looking into going to BBJ and MMA classes to fight.

Also, why have you gone from cutting to bulking in less than a month when you are a beginner lifter who is borderline obese (although BMI us inhertenty flawed, it can have some utility.)
ive been skinny. (155 to 165 lb at 6' when i was 18)
ive been fat. (225 lb may 2020 at the end of my most sedentary dark period)
both extremes come with sets of problems. find a middle ground that helps you feel good, athletic, capable, hard to kill.
aim for beginner lifters should be to learn how to lift properly and aim to get strong, not put on weight. particularly when you're fat already. So so so many people eat too much and kid themselves that they've put muscle on when 75%+ of the weight gain is fat.
idk for almost everyone (99.9%), dropping fat and being leaner is the best thing for their life, health & wellbeing, attractiveness etc. lift weights, eat clean and eat less than you currently eat, do some cardio as well if it makes you feel better and I guarantee you'll look and feel way better

And btw, a good physique will probably not help you get laid. I look like Hercules and havent gotten laid in 5 months, have barely talked to any chicks...

Chicks like a skinny guy anyways. even gym chicks. had them tell me this chicks with phat asses in good shape who go to gym. I was only 78kg then.
some chicks might like a bigger guy.
did a 2km run in 11 mins 33 seconds today. Probably do a 2km run everyday and try and get it under 10 mins.
am at 92.7kg.

Aiming to eat 1500-2000 calories a day everyday, run 2km everyday, and strength train 3x a week.

I'd think literally not talking to any has more to do with your current state. Well, that and your life seems super stressful in not good ways.
Did a 1 hour walk on treadmill this morning before work. After a 7.5 hour shift i will do another 1 hour walk followed by 45 mins of weights shoulders/legs/abs and 20 mins of stretching. Burning around 900 calories from the 2 hours of walking at 10 min/km pace.
went 4 a 3km (1.86miles) run today. did it in 18 mins which isn't super fast. walked 2.5km (1.55miles) back home.
sitting at 94kg (207.2lbs). Nice weight.
gotta hit the gym weights and go to MMA, BBJ and Muay Thai boxing. Looking at signing up to the fighting gym next week. I literally wanna out lift the machine weights in the gym and have to sign up to a different bodybuilding gym that caters to stronger men. Although machines ain't really needed to build rock hard muscle.
95.5kg today. aim to put on 10kg of muscle in the next 10-12 months. then cut down to 10-15% bodyfat and see how i feel. If I lost 15kg of fat now I would be ripped. Get big first then lean up!
Up the eating and actually start training. Will do 30 mins of fasted cardio walking everyday as well.
Watching Rich Piana bigger by the Day. We are natural no supplements, only real food and no protein shakes etc.
Meal just now is two beef patties, 1/2 cup of basmati rice, 2 eggs, Brocolli. Just over 50g of protein.
Sleeping 9-11 hours a day is essential.
Going to do miltary workouts.
first a 1 mile run. followed by 200 pushups, 100 pullups. 300 squats followed by another 1 mile run.
Will try and do it 3 days this week. Mon-Wed-Fri.
Did a 18 min bike ride today at gym. Followed by 5 min weights. 10kg weights did 3x 15 DB Rows 2 x 15 DB hammer curls and 1x 15 DB shoulder Press.
Yesterday did a 15 min bike ride followed by 10kg 3x15 DB bench press, 3x 15 tricep extensions and 3x 15 kg bicep curls.
