PokerStars Closed My Account 3 Years Ago

In October 2022 PokerStars blocked my account for unknown reason and asked me for verification documents which I immediately provided. They have kept my account blocked since then, sending me their stupid template emails in reply to my requests.

I opened eCOGRA disputes two times, however they request PokerStars internal complaint reference number. PokerStars complaint team keep an endless investigation and they do not provide any reference number to me, thus eCOGRA closed my dipsutes as there was no complaint reference number. So it has been going in circles for 3 years already.
