Do I always call any pot sized bet with 33 equity?

Say for instance in this hand I am about to post. I put my opponent on %0 bluff here. He always has the nut straight if not he wouldn't jam this guy is just not capable of creating a bluff here. So assuming my opponent always has the nuts do I still call considering I have at least %33 equity vs any hand with my top set plus flush draw.
