I didn't stay very long, but from what I can tell the "action" was not bad. it was a table full of young players who knew how to play and they put in chips.

they have a high hand promo, but I don't expect to get any bad players wandering in off the casino floor like the old room, or nit promo chasers.

but with the high hand promo, with the bad dealers you are getting about 1/4 the number of hands per hour as Venetian, Resorts World, Bellagio

visited the room Wednesday night.the overall room is very strange. it is very big and spread out, like way too spread out. feels like playing poker in a carpeted gymnasium or something. it's also in a strange location tucked away in a top corner or something, as if they found some spare space and threw some tables in. you can stand up and look over the main casino floor and the

I'm not sure if lines 1 and 3 mean I'll lose chips more or less quickly.

also the felt and cards texture are a terrible match in that they don't slide well and it's hard to pull them up to look

This why I hate playing at Horseshoe as well and CP used to be the same. I hate the real grabby felt as I like to slide my cards around on the table. Last time I played at Horseshoe I couldn't wait to leave solely because of the grabby felt.

You must be a ton of action.

You must be a ton of action.

the felt is a real turn off for me. and the cards feel different than the other premiere rooms and interact terribly with the felt.
I couldn't wait to get out of there either

Caesars shows as open on Bravo...

Caesars shows as open on Bravo...

Not on mine. Appears they have couple of dummy wait listed but the description says opens 16th.

I strongly doubt the room is open right now.

Exactly the same type of tourneys they had before, except a slight increase in buy-in. Structure is slow in the beginning, before going completely bananas after the add-on break.

Regardless, I am looking forward to check out both Caesars and Planet Hollywood in a few weeks 😀 #MoreOptionsIsBetter

Maybe a Tournament Challenge for a Caesars or PHo daily for those of us that are there.

Walked in to take a look and it looks much nicer than any other room they ever had at PH and it’s nice to be away from a lot of the smoke.

Very strange location though. The casino floor has signs directing people to different things at PH and poker is mentioned in those signs, but the room couldn’t be much more hidden than it is.

They made sure nobody would wander around and find it by accident and decide to play. Even Venetian might have people wander around in their mall and stumble upon the room. The PH room is a lot more hidden than the Venetian room.

If they ever close this room, it’s not going to be because they can make more putting slot machines in the place because nobody would find those slot machines.

LOL, that's the first thing I thought when I saw where they were putting it.

This looks like absolute dogshit. But I said the same thing about the new Venetian location and it’s now way nicer with great action all around, tons of fun.

I’ll 100% be there next time I’m in Vegas after enjoying whiskey and cigar at Montecristo. As old as Caesars is, it’s still got great energy and I’m hoping it still translates to good times in the poker room even though it’s tucked away.

Room looks like a remodeled basement.

this was kinda my feelings as well. only reason I found it was because I heard it was upstairs so I looked for stairs/escalatior

that looks miserable... Sorry Caesars, ever since you revoked my free parking and closed the original poker room, it's been downhill all the way.

Room looks like a remodeled basement.

I thought the same. Curious how much bigger it will be expanded.

Problem is, I believe the expanded room will also be in former retail space so it will still have the low ceilings.

im ALWAYS a fan of poker room being easy to find at some spots, for years how many times have you heard of MGM room being right out and open [people after clubs or half drunk jsut spilling a few buyins for the **** of it

That may be the point of the location. They want those people playing slot machines and in the pit, not spewing in the poker room.

This is why I try to avoid punching down, but I corrected your lame negative post and then you basically repeated back to me the real reasons why the games aren’t usually any good.

Clowns gonna clown. Come on. I know you are trying your hardest to make up for past embarrassments, but the way to do it is to learn and do better, not continue with the same playbook.

You are the one who moved the goalposts. You claimed they were playing for their 50 hours.

Maybe if you tried something less dumb you might realize I didn't repeat your post. I repeated what I initially said with more detail.

it's not a poker room... it's not even a poker closet.

it is a poker Dungeon.

I was at Caesar’s for 4 hours on Monday, 1-3 played big fwiw

Id go if it was Match the Stack...
