President Donald Trump

I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?

So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at

Well I do not abide by my FaceTime blowjob increasing in price on any level

My proposal is zero income taxes on income up to 50k. Incentivizes working, more than makes up for any tariff related pricing increases.

It's hard to imagine how anyone could be opposed to this besides the truly elite who want us enslaved.

Your still paying gas taxes, sales tax, and blah blah so it's not a completely free ride either.

Bottom 50% of US earners pay about 3% of total income taxes and probably get more than back through various social programs so it could be argued they already get a free ride

Lelz ****ing WALMART is announcing its prices are going up cuz of trump when they are literally the patron saints of MAGA shoppersMeanwhile trump's family makes 3 billion of crypto, trump wont say no to a $400 million dollar plane that will require many millions more to secure for its status as Air Force one and our kids deserve no more than 5 pencils and we should embrace econ

Post like this is how you know Trump is having a really good week.

Show me what a single guy gets back in social programs.

Even making sub six figure income you are paying a lot in taxes and getting next to nothing.

I guess you get the honor of taking care of kids who arent yours though by proxy, congrats on the forced cuckoldry!

You might be arguing from the worst angle of the poor mans tax than anything else with income tax for a young dude making a low income.

That dude in cali, with his contributed 3% could be receiving more back in a low income credit - minus the Heathcare subsidies, SS, Medicare credits, unemployment, and of course all the public services he uses. Which could literally play a meaningful role in sending a state into a deficit. I mean, he could easily be in a position where his EITC is higher than is total income liability. But there could be good reasons and bad reasons, good and bad times to make changes to those things + labor force conditions, inflation, cost of living and about 100000000 other factors.

How much do single men receive from social programs?

I don't know how to make the question any simpler for you.

Omg clearly it was a bad idea going into the politics forum here not sure anyone has a 3 digit IQ.

I was thinking about writing out a detailed response but it's clearly a waste of time when everything you said is incorrect.

Hopefully you'll report me and I'll be removed from this cesspool.

Calm down, Skippy! Don't bust a blood vessel. We're not worth it.

This!!!

Becoming publicly unhinged like RainingMen did probably not the optimal approach to "win friends and influence people."

All of the 3 digit IQ ones are in the 9-11 thread right now. What do you think happened that day?

I believe the official story, you? Unfortunate though that the government used that tragedy to further reduce our rights.

Ron Paul covered the topic pretty well, if we had never meddled in middle easterns affairs it would of never happened. I'm not a believer in trying to force our views on the rest of the world. (And if we were truly peacemakers or intent on improving lives some African nations and north Korea would be the first logical opportunities)

Breaking news.

James Comey is being investigated for an assassination threat against President Trump. This is big!!

I agree, It's almost like you can both agree with the official story and feel that the US has nefarious intentions.

What's your opinion on payroll tax?

To be fair to you I did misread your response but you are being a bit manic.

The government doesn't like middle class single people. They want two middle class single people to become an upper middle class couple that pop out some kids, so they incentivize this.

I'm not fundamentally opposed to your proposal just pointing out that the median income is pretty close to 50k and those earners are a tiny slice of the overall taxes. This could be a support of your idea as we don't lose a ton of tax revenue from doing that, but would also put more scrutiny on social programs.

Big distraction... 🙄

If you want real assassinations, talk with Trump's big buddy MBS.

It is but only because of part time and seasonal work.

Median income for full time workers is 60k.

I am sympathetic to any tax cut, but it's relevant to remember that if someone pays 0 of some tax, he then becomes a natural voter in favor of that tax...

The 12% federal paid from like 12k to 48k currently (gross, then with deductions and stuff it often goes to 0 anyway) is important to remind all the population the state isn't "free" and everytime politicians say "free" something will be provided to someone, they are lying.

To the same extent, it would be very important to remove any withholding. You have to physically feel the pain of every $ they suck from your income directly or indirectly, otherwise you can go under the illusion they aren't sucking your blood dry.

These small-dicked beta simp cucks are always aggrandising themselves.

Kinda can’t wait for like J6 lawyers and agents to get charged with some bullshit just to see how spectacularly it will fail.

“The stock market is booming” really sure looks like it tanked and has barely recovered to what it was 6 months ago.

And by the way, if trade deals are so good (ie free trade) why were Trump supporters talking about tariffs as if they would be great for the economy and bring back jobs? Why are we negotiating deals? we should be keeping the tariffs where they are.

Ask an economist that doesn't work for the federal gov't if our economy will be healthier if trump is successful in cutting the size of gov't? Gov't spending as a % of GDP was at levels reserved for world wars and depressions all the while we had low unemployment. High gov't spending stifles growth and if trump does nothing but cuts the size of gov't he will go down as one of the best presidents for the economy we've ever had - it is that important.

In saying the above, cutting gov't spending is the equivalent of a race car taking a pit stop as it will slow the economy short-term only to make it stronger in the future.

Stupid people think taxes are good for the economy - stupid trump fans think higher taxes on imports (tariffs) are good for the economy while dems think higher taxes on corporations and the rich are good for the economy. Both groups are wrong and stupid.

A few months ago I read a few economists who believed trump was a free trade guy and is jacking up tariffs to negotiate other countries tariffs down. If that is true it will be a big win for the US and the world - if they are wrong and he actually wants tariffs long-term it will be a loss for the US and the world.

by formula72

Bro, Trump sucks but Walmart's COGS are being estimated at 2-3% for tariffs for 2025 - which includes all direct costs with shipping and import fees. The COC*KS are up about 24% since 2020 and few gave a ****. Your ps5 and **** will go through the roof but a lot of the dairy, meats and staples that people actually need could stabalize - reach a total of 2-3% -which is a far c

I hope every company that publicly stats that they are increasing prices because of tariffs do the same every time we increase corporate taxes, increase business regulations and when dems try to increase the price of oil/gas.

by formula72

Your locally sourced **** *** may come down in price from an increase in offers. But your Wi fi charges for your European facetime ******* will increase for sure.

But **** walmart. Tariffs are mostly a racket when it comes to what lower income folks rely on, especially compared to the damage that they have already had to incur.

You do make a good point that while tariffs increase the prices of products that are directly charged tariffs they also lower the price of goods and services not charged those tariffs because tariffs are not inflationary.

Woah! That is big news indeed. Apparently you can chant to hang a sitting VP while dragging around a gallows outside of the Capitol Building and the number 8646 on shirts and trucks was meaningless last term, but changing the last digit to a 7 means we need to charge the person who single-handedly prevented Hillary from being POTUS and Trump drifting away like a fart in the wind.
