A bit up and down. Can't say I played great the whole time, but I ran well. Still struggling to maintain my A or B game.

Current BR: 1250

Had a few good sessions recently. I may start taking shots at 50nl soon.

Not really avoiding tilt lately like my title says. I don't really know how to get better at that. Meditation or something, anyone have any tricks? Anyway I lost a bunch then played 100nl which was a stupid decision but got lucky and ended up winning a bit overall. Not giving up yet.

Good one this morning. Stayed patient, ran well. Actually lost a big pot on a open ended straight flush draw, then won an even bigger one with a full house over a flush. Played 50nl today. My plan is to stick with 50nl unless I have a big downswing then move back down to 25nl. Moving down will be hard.

Looking for opinions. Move from 25nl to 50nl, multi table 25nl, or something else?

i am reading Jared Tendler The mental game of poker, this is helping me deal with tilt.
Meditation and light exercise has really helped me play my A game, and when i am playing my A game its less likely i wont tilt. However, i do not know what to do when i tilt, i usually log off and call it a day.
The key is to recognize As Soon As Possible when you are on tilt, so that you can take a break/quit and re evaluate.

What site do you play on??

Been doing 25 and 50nl, doing pretty well. Not avoiding tilt all the time, but most of the time. When I'm playing my normal game it's going well, obviously losing some draws and coolers, but winning overall.

I really want to multi table but I think I finally need to admit that I don't focus as well. Sometimes one table gets boring but I need to try to stick with it for a while. I tilt much easier on multiple tables.

Good one this morning. Played one table, stayed focused, ran well. Feels easy when things go well.

Lost 2 buyins pretty quick, one cooler and one big missed draw. I didn't get too out of hand though, stayed patient, and finally got a bunch of playable hands. Also correctly called a big bluff which is always fun.

Had some tilt. I had a long run of unplayable hands, then was overly aggressive with AQ, AJ, and KK with an ace on the flop. On the plus side, I was able to stop and take a break instead of throwing more money away like I may have in the past. It's also hard when I win a lot the day before, I feel like I have extra money to burn, which is a dangerous mindset. Any psychologists on the forum?

Solid day today. I was very good at maintaining my demeanor. I had a few bad beats, got very frustrated for a few seconds a regrouped quickly. Nice to be over 3000. Also I've started to take shots at 100nl.
