They are supported. Your database needs to support them to import correctly though.

PT4 doesn't support bomb pots. I know the dev team is looking into this now to try and do a workaround for them.

If you don't mind switching database, DH2 just started supporting BOL bomb pots.

If you can login to your account, you can change your email there.

Email support and let them know your old address and serial and they can change this.
