1/2: Did I overplay JJ vs aggroreg?

1/2: Did I overplay JJ vs aggroreg?

UTG straddle to $5
Two limps
I raise to $30 in HJ with Jacks (JJ)
Aggro reg on CO 3-bets to $110
Folds back to me
I shove for ~$370 effective
He snaps with AKo
Board runs out: AQT4Q

Looking back, I’m wondering if this was an overplay given the stack depth and player type. Is this shove too optimistic or standard in this spot against a competent aggressive CO reg? Should I have flatted or even considered a fold?

Appreciate any thoughts!

Well played. I like the jam here OOP facing a big size from a capable opponent.

Yeah, think it's fine.

Calling OOP against a good aggro seems like a bad idea, so it's fold or jam. You're likely way ahead of his 3b range, so I think jamming is fine.
