i didn't 3bet in a couple of rounds so i thought this would be scarry.
villain was very loose.
I think then cbet the flop would be better?
also 3bet sizing?

At least I cannot see the full picture, i.e. i have no idea what the flop is.
Technically you are 4 betting, which is prob not ok. This hand can call a 3bet to stack AA or broadway combos, but it should not 4 bet.
