1/3/5 MWP flop cbet or no?

The rock is out everyhand, but played from every single position so the position is weird preflop.

In game, he was saying how he could've called with 23 and can stack the nit etc. And one time hero opened to 20, fish 3betted to 60 right behind me, he said he folded JJ on btn because he thought I was going to shove otherwise he'd cold call all day long(third session playing with him so he views me as a nit).
V2 - probably a nit (mid aged black guy) stacks 300 CO
V3 - Young asian with headphones. stacks 450ish MP+1, no reads atm but later he was 3betting/calling 4bet oop then folding on 9t2cc for pot size shove w/JJ. 3bet/call jam w/AK for 500

Jacks is too vulnerable to check.
I think you are supposed to bet small theoretically, but in practice people don't like to fold pairs here and there are some draws, whereas something like KQ will probably fold to any bet, so I might go 50.
With two opponents behind us, including a LAG fish on the BTN, checking is fine, and probably my slight preference over c-betting. He's likely to stab at it if action checks to him, and we can check raise.
Be wary if the nitty guy behind you comes out and bets, especially if he bets large, or if V1 or V2 bets and V3 check-raises.
Unless we're running into 2P or a set, our hand is probably good, but with three opponents, in a single raised pot, it's entirely possible someone has 2P or a set here. Checking to see what our opponents do will give us more info than c-betting.
