It is true since we have fiat money, the only positives of winning trade wars that existed in the past where linked to the fact that money was finite and you could end up with none if you run into systemic trade deficits

I want to say they all went to McCain's funeral (except for Trump, his direct enemy), and McCain is roughly as evil as Trump, so...
But I know this will not satisfy the many who think Trump is some unique evil and not just a Republican who has NPD and a couple billion dollars and is even dumber than the standard, so, instead, let me argue that they'll all go, at least all the Republicans, but also DEFINITELY Obama, because of "decorum", to which you allude.
