I'm still hoping someone gets to deliver a clean cheap shot to Draymond before he retires.

Elbow to the face when positioning to go for a rebound. That's the moment you can use and maybe get a lighter susoension/fine.

steph getting calls like he plays for the lolkers, game 7 confirmed

Yeah you will. His defense is irreplaceable.

The Hornets may be the worst franchise in the league, but I take solace that I’ve never had to root for Draymond.

I always revel in the fact he was on the 2009 MSU team.

Quinten Post hasn't blocked a shot since he was 10 years old. He has no business leaving his feet to try and contest.

It’s ova.

Hou taking this in 7.

It would be a very deserving loss for the Warriors. The lack of focus and urgency by the Warriors in this game was inexcusable. The Warriors giving up offensive rebounds twice after fouling Adams intentionally really sums up the entire game.

Also, it simply isn't working to have so many non-shooters on the floor.

Anybody else think Quinten Post looks like a Canadian character from South Park or am I the only one?

Bill Laimbeer is the greatest thug the NBA has ever seen. Draymond is 2nd altho the gap between Laimbeer and him is still huge.

I still love Laimbeer tho. I'm self aware it's a character flaw.

LOL sengun. Easily one of the most irritating players to watch in the entire league.

Every time I watch him my first thought is "that dude needs to be a piston". I want all the irritating players in the league on my team. Artest would've been the ultimate piston.

Not a bad outcome for the league.
A Game 7 for Saturday night and a Game 7 for a Sunday night.

Sure. Why not.

I have no idea who will win game 7 between the Warriors and Rockets. If the lucky horseshoe falls out of VanVleet's ass and Curry shoots it well, the Warriors could win. But it doesn't matter. Both of these teams are irredeemably flawed.

The dubs at this point probably get their **** pushed in by the wolves

I put last night squarely on hurrdurrkerr. Too many mental lapses/unforgivable laziness on the FVF 4 point play/most of the team playing ****ing defeated for 48 minutes

I knew Ime outcoaching him in-game was gonna be a given since he has the in-game tactical ability of a chimp, but isn’t the whole point of you vibes and managing them?

I thought Podziemski was hurt or sick again when I started watching the game. Nope, Kerr just voluntarily benched one of his 4 good players in the most important game of the season. For Gary Payton Jr. FPS city. Warriors fans are lucky Anderson Varejao isn't on the roster for g7.

I have no idea what happens but I hope the Rockets win. For the sake of good basketball I'm rooting for the Clippers and Rockets. Get all these teams with 3-4 real players out of the playoffs. Wolves/Rockets and Clippers/Thunders could actually be competitive but if the Nuggets or Warriors advance they'll get pwned.

I often have to remind myself that Gui Santos isn't in fact Varejao

Series changed once it went to one day breaks. We are old. Put your money on Houston.

Ime certainly hasn't outcoached Kerr. Ime has made some very poor decisions throughout the series. That said, I agree with Tim that starting Payton rather than Kerr was a mistake. Kerr has to decide whether he wants to emphasize offense or defense/rebounding in game 7.

I think the Warriors need to put their four best offensive players + Draymond on the floor and simply try to outscore that Rockets. Payton was a useful outlet when the Rockets were blitzing Steph relentlessly, but he was a huge negative when the Rockets started playing zone. Payton simply can't be on the floor if the Rockets are going to play zone. He should get run only if the Rockets start blitzing again. In game 6, Post was the worst defense player on the floor by a mile. He was an absolute horror show. But he can shoot the ball. And he is willing to shoot the ball. As gross as it is, I think that Kerr has to play him and live with the terrible defense.

I also think that Steph has to be much more assertive early in the game. His natural tendency at this age is to conserve energy try and get everyone involved early in the game. But it isn't working. When the role players for the Warriors start poorly, they get tentative and begin refusing to take open shots, which inevitably results in Curry and Jimmy having to take impossible shots. If Curry and jimmy can carry the offense early, I think it will help the role players relax and avoid getting tentative.
