I think he keeps a lot of pots too small which reduces the amount he can win. And that’s a BIG leak IMO. And he must have other leaks like many other regs have at that level.

There are situations the latest 2+2 book recommends limp-reraising with AA and KK in the low stakes games. Why would that be in the book? Because some players at low stakes like their hand so much they would call no matter who is raising. And limp-reraises SCREAM that a player has AA and players will still call a giant reraise.

Cause when you spend your own money at the supermarket, you claim ownership on all the fruit you buy. If you own something, would you be frivolous and eat a lot of the food you own or portion it out to last as long as possible?

Is it me or is every single one of troopers poker sessions the same?

Shows a quick 5 second clip of him folding a random trash hand

Followed by something like “I played for a couple hours, nothing eventful…I won $12”

Or “no big hands, I was down $73 at one point and ended up losing only $8”

How is this possible? How can someone play so much poker and never have a big hand (either win or lose)? I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a session without at least a couple significant pots (including my random punts). But he has sessions like this every single day.

How is it possible? Because people like Diesel put no poker whatsoever in their videos.

Every trooper vlog follows the exact same blueprint. Drive to strip, park for free at TI. Eat a really cheap Mcdouble, or else a sandwich from home. Then proceed to complain about various things while walking along the strip. Whinge about the prices of everything. Whine about everyone else on the strip who is just trying to do their thing like he is

Finally play 2-3 hours of day time poker against equally miserable nits, OMCs and promo grinders. Report miserable results which is always a tiny win or tiny loss because he is buying in for $100. Then make sure to get home to LT by 3pm before she starts getting restless.

He used to have a lot of sessions where he would start off down around $100-$200 and finish ahead around the same amount. Also had a lot of $500 and $1k losses.

This guy is doing the lord’s work with his elite trolling over the past couple days. The key here is being clever, but polite enough to not getting insta-banned / blocked by Rice. However I did go back to yesterday’s video comment section to notice Rice deleted his worthy statements (posted in my previous screenshots) that were liked by many and sparked Rice to get uber defensive by having to correct all the “lies and slander” by all the “miserable haters”. Once again proving that Rice can’t handle any criticism and too stubborn to accept any feedback or suggestions for improvement. Standard clown behavior.

If I was big herb I'd make Rice down a beer and a big honking bowl before any free g*ddamn meals.

Trooper has his routine down. LT was positively giddy in their last video, getting a free meal courtesy a fan at Red's on the strip.

Absolutely great to see new posters doing elite work in the comments,because i believe Rice have banned/shadowbanned most of the regs in this thread. There have been many on point comments on his recent videos for sure.

The thing about Rice though is i believe he is so stubborn and locked into his supernitty/scared money way of playing that i believe he is uncoachable, even by Herbs Rye that he seems to like well. You can tell Rice what he needs to do, but he likely wont be able to execute it at the table-neither will he be able to cope with the swings without having a mental breakdown like he had after the Red Rock Massacre.

Haha yes, he did this when I played with him years ago but he’s not one of the scum nits that will call out much looser regs and say they are playing tight. For how bad Diesel and Trooper are at poker fundamentals, they are at least twice as bad at the soft skills but it’s a catch-22 since if they actually had decent soft skills they wouldn’t have vlogs.

It’s astonishing a good portion of his viewers don’t comprehend how mediocre of a player he is especially considering all his hours played and overall time / years devoted to the game. The man is a total nearly break-even scrub poser OMC NIT promo/comp grinder with a predictable (non-bluffing or balanced) extremely boring & tight playing style that is more outdated than his actual pathetic clothing. He’s soo delusional that he believes he’s a top 1% pro and thinks everyone is jealous or hating on him because each person is a miserable human being for stating the obvious truth. The guy is totally obsessed with technicality details that every main talking point just flies over his super fragile defensive mind everytime.

In a game full of real US dollars, this bumbling clown is only obsessed with the pocket change. And he’s baffled when people continue to point out the most obvious facts.

Oh I lay into those people. On average I'm usually middle of the pack as far as how many hands Im playing but obviously that varies based on hand distribution and the game itself.

If someone playing a lot more hands than me calls me a tight ass or whatever I'll just laugh with them. No big deal. I've never tried to talk up my action.

But if some Rice type does it when I'm playing 3-5 times as many hands as them I will give him **** non stop the rest of the night without being vulgar.

I remember once this clown with sunglasses a a giant backpack tablet etc the works did that. He was vpiping under 10. It's like 2am and someone asks if there's an empty seats. I say yes there's two , seat (whatever was actually empty) and seat (whatever this joker was sitting in) A few other people started giving him **** and he didn't say a word the rest of the night.
