How good is Maurice Hawkins at tournaments?
He just won his 18th WSOP Circuit ring. Super impressive. But noticed that he doesn't do that well in WSOP and more comp
His point is still right, he’s off by the cashes and the buy-ins at basically the same rate. Assume something like a 20% roi and spread his cashes over 18 years and you get 60k/yr in winnings. Factor in high expenses from having to live out of hotels and casinos along with a tax regime build for smooth earnings and it’s no surprise he’s broke.
Ive heard from reliable sources that Hawkins doesnt use bank accounts. Makes sense because he probably has some judicial decisions against him and if he puts his money in a bank they will withhold some of it to pay victims. Lol, this guy is the absolute nut low. The only way to get paid by him is to hire some thug to threaten to break his knee caps which is probably going to land you in jail if its found out. POS is out there playing the system hard.
Our judicial system is an absolute joke when it comes to dealing with scammers who target common people. I was personally defrauded for a small sum of money (about 1k). After going through proceedings the conclusion was "this guy is already owing the government a bit of money, you will never get your money back" and it cost me 300 bucks extra for nothing. No "the guy is put on a list and once hes paid back others you will get yours". Nothing. But if they find you withholding a small amount of taxes you go to jail. Joke
game protection. Too easy to catch a glimpse of a pitched card or card in an opponents hand and know the exact suit instead of just red/black.
By that logic, we should have 1 color decks.
If a dealer is flashing cards, they are dealing wrong.
Need to use 4 color decks and 'European' "slide-the-top-card-down-to-the-felt" deal style.
