President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
Tbh, I don't even know wtf you guys are arguing about, as I've been mega-scrolling (something I typically do when Lucy is "on the clock"), but I saw a post that stated prison healthcare is better than private insurance and chimed in.
While I've never been to prison, one would have to be a reetard to think prisoners get exemplarily medical care. For one, good medical professionals don't work in prisons and hospice houses. Prisons are where either disciplinary cases go to work themselves out of a shitty situation that they caused to have their license restricted, or docs with no out in the deck go to stay.
And from the administrative side, it would seem they're only providing what is necessary for liability reasons and if that risk wasn't there they wouldn't give two shits if someone's appendix blew up.
[QUOTE=chillrob;58959697]It has nothing to do with Democrats or any party. I guarantee at least one person has entered the country without proper authorization since Trump took office.
/QUOTE]
That's not the claim. The claim isn't that Biden didn't do his best to avoid people entering (I mean ofc he didn't but unfortunately that was within his power).
The claim is he didn't deport every single illegal alien that happened to be in custody of the federal government during his presidency, which is his legal duty to do.
Every single illegal alien caught and set free and not deported is a violation of the human rights of American citizens.
He paroled a large number of them (that was perhaps, under the current reading of the constitution, legal). But each and every one of those was determined illegal by the parole itself, so the new president has a right to deport each and every one of them without any "due process" as they are en flagrante criminals, like trespassers in your house.
You can kick their asses out without due process, kicking them out is the necessary action to interrupt the ongoing crime, it isn't a sentence.
Their existence in the country is an ongoing crime that needs to be interrupted.

Anyone who isn't disgusted by the entire Darwinian system has something wrong in the head or hasn't given it much thought.
I am asking you, what can court order trump according to you and where do you find that power in previous case history or the constitution?Because here you guys are claiming there is a constitutional crisis, so there must be a clear cut power judges have, that POTUS is defying. What are courts ordering trump right now, and how can they order it, that trump isn't doing?Reminder:
Brotha, the constitutional crisis is due process. The loophole is saying they "asked" Bukele and he said no.
I have a feeling this whole situation is a little more complicated than a gotcha though and if any sort of accountability starts to happen this will be exhibit A (so far)

Exactly which law are you referring to here?
Describing Lucy as ‘on the clock’ is the hardest I’ve laughed at anything posted in this forum
Well played
If they were actually using a loophole the arguments might make some sense but they're not even claiming to have asked. They're just outright refusing to make even a token effort to comply. It's the brazen defiance of the court order along with ignoring court orders/lack of due process in deporting him to El Salvador in the first place that are sparking the claims of constitutional crisis.

I really don’t believe enough is being made of how truly dangerous this is, especially considering we’re only in month 3 of a 4 year term
If Trump can just ignore the Supreme Court and there’s absolutely no consequence for it then gg no re. We’re basically a year or less away from political dissidents who are American citizens being shipped to an El Salvadoran prison while the Supreme Court says ‘ya that’s not legal’ and trump responding with ‘what are you gonna do about it?’
I think eventually they would grow tired of shipping and paying for them, realizing that it's much simpler to shoot them.

If you want to watch Miller nazi it up you can watch the whole thing but around 325 Bukele says "how can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States, I don't have the power to return him. I'm not fond of releasing terrorists"
The whole thing is them doing the Dictatorial dance for the masses
But again, its probably more complicated than just that. The money would have to be appropriated through congress, there is likely a contract, that contract can be audited. Things like that

ok, just because the thought "human beings are monsters" arrives in your head, doesnt make it true that it is the overarching principal guiding all of society.
this is some unhinged nonsense.
explain to me the necessity to "enlarge the group"? what biological necessity is there that feeds this apparent biological imperative to wipe out other people in order to satisfy the system of design we are unable to control?
effectively you're trying to tell me that any society by necessity must wipe out surrounding societies because "how are their kids gonna survive?" what the ****?
yes, history has shown us that people, national identity and religion have all done absolutely ****ed up disgusting acts in the name of whatever banner needed to be hoisted above its head, but you do realize modern society has pretty much handled "scarcity" of resources like food or land right? Youve seen a high rise apartment building yeah? Do the people in there suffer some existential crisis due to the lack of land ownership for potential offspring?
am i misinterpreting your words here? or do we need to go line by line ? i got time.

every part of me sees this and wants to think its satire. i cant take anything seriously that must lead its argument with some "intimidating shot of trump looking serious"
'oh mr trump give us a you mean business face!'
this is comical in its small dick energy (euphamism to shrink argument of critique)
and its "evidence" is not substantiated by anything or anyone who could be considered serious in their rigor of methodology.
this is one step removed from "White House: THe infomercial" with this bullshit. if it were still 1980 i guarantee this mf'er would co-opt some public access channel to sell you gold flecked bullshit with his likeness on it to churn a buck.
no person of sound mind can look at this behavior and conclude: this is what real intelligent people would be doing given the opportunity.
its like some dark fan fiction was brought to life and its harder for people to let go of the vitriol and ackowledge the absurdity than fall head over heels again and again for this d-list amateur bullshit. if or when some objectivity returns to this country, i hope there is some kind of long term therapy treatment options publicly available to bring this giant swath of dreamers back down to earth safely, because at the end of the day - their mental destruction is not the payment i want elicited from all of this bullshit. i want slow drawn out prolonged painful scenarios for the actors involved.
mf'er has ruined family relationships. its torn apart relationships. its done some ****ing damage. and i dont think i could even imagine a retribution that would ever come close to a sense of restoration of objective truth and justice in any way.
/blog here - not so much participating but just venting and i apologize.

This guy is a gang member. He physically abused his wife. The father of this guys step son fears for the safety of his son. Is this just a "We hate Trump" thing? The guy was in this country illegally. What am I missing here? This coddling up to terrorists, criminals and gang members by liberals just to score political points is disturbing.

How does Miller "Nazi" it up? He literally explains the law and the circumstances relating to this case.
Stephen Miller is the type of guy that you hate if he isn't on your team but you love if he is. He's kind of like Danny Ainge.

Now that is scary assuming it's real.

What is disturbing is you not caring about the process of laws and it’s executions ….
Circumventing justice and laws seem all great for you .
The fundamentals of being innocent until proven guilty seems a stupid idea ain’t it ?

No because the AEA explicitly removes due process for non citizens for deportation when triggered.
The constitutional crisis (purported) is refusing to execute a court order, and the loophole to that is saying they can't facilitate the return if Bullet refuses.

Yes I am telling you human history is the history of continuous genocide of neighboring tribes.
Ofc details can change, if unoccupied land exists that get filled first. If it's possible to only genocide the men and take the women that is what happened.
That predates organized religion and "national identity". Rome itself was founded on genociding neighbors and taking their women.
Countless cases of genocides have been found in the far past, especially when agriculturalists cohabited for a while with hunters/gatherers.
Then of course you have what might have been the most famous case, the yamnaya conquering of the Iberian peninsula (and spreading elsewhere in what we call Europe as well). Previous Y chromosomes went basically extinct, X not so much (they genocides the men, took the women).
So yes i am telling you genociding others was the biological norm.
Ofc that wasn't the "overarching principle on which society was based". That would be survival and increasing in number of members of the group. Genociding neighbors being just one of the way you achieve survival and an increase in number down the line.
Now (as long as we can have growth without taking land) the biological need can be satisfied without genocide.
But the pulsion doesn't end just because you have other solutions because the pulsion is hard wired.
This is the same problem we encounter with overeating (having a pulsion to overeat was pro-survival because you were able to store calories when food was abundant and so survive more during caresties), jealousy (being actively and violently jealous reduced the chances of cuckoldry in a world without working contraceptives and paternity tests) and many other pulsions that aren't useful or even are actively detrimental today.
Let’s not thrive to do better today because people were horrible before doesnt sound like a great evolutionary strategy .
Supreme Court temporarily pauses deportations under Alien Enemies Act
Washington, DC CNN —
The Supreme Court early Saturday morning paused the deportation of immigrants potentially subject to the Alien Enemies Act, freezing action in a fast-developing case involving a group of immigrants in Texas who say the Trump administration was working to remove them.
The court’s brief order drew dissents from conservative Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.
Countless cases is the norm yes.
Genocide is even much more common than slavery historically.
Slavery almost always required strong state capacity, formal hierarchical stratified societal organization, complex urban settings.
Genocides were common even 50k years ago.
Do you realize that more than half of the archeological sites we have from the 100k-10k years ago period are mass Graves of victims of massacres?
How to organize your group to successfully genocide other groups and how to defend from genocidal attempts is one of the most relevant elements of our species.
We aren't the only species doing that but it's very rare among mammals. It's the norm between non genetically related ants though.
You know the ingroup vs outgroup dynamic that never goes away in any society or part of it? Genocide underpins it
