1/3 3b pot facing flop x/r

1/3 3b pot facing flop x/r

1/3 home game, table just breaked and moved to this table

Effective stacks 500

V unknown, 30ish maybe jamaican/black

Utg opens 15, V in mp flats, Hero in Co squeezes to 60 w/KQcc, utg folds, Mp flats. When Hero was making it to 60, V commented it was only 15 (to call) not sure what this comment means.

Pot 139
Flop QT5r(1 club)
V checks, Hero bets 40, V quickly raises to 200. Hero??

We beat air, semi draws like kj, j9, 8j, 89, Aj
We only lose to 55/tt?
My initial thought was fold, then the more I think about it, it's too weak right?
But second thought, if villain were a passive guy he wouldn't have bluffs?
I have no clue if he's aggro enough to raise with draws/bluffs on this dryish flop.

I fold here. Not sure there's that many semi bluffs in his range at this point, because he may not have called a raise with them or flatted flop.

And QT and QQ (plenty of people at low stakes don't 3b QQ) can be in his range too as well as TT and 55.

Fold. The Jamaicans I've played with always take these passive lines pre-flop, then blast off with nutted hands post-flop. They're never bluffing, always trapping, and always think they'll be outdrawn.

I fold, but only because V is an unknown. I might call if he looks splash-y -- dressed exotically, chips all over the place, general vibe -- but I'd have to have a pretty good handle on it.

Is this the first hand you've seen him play?

Would bet more OTF - think this is a fold. We're in terrible shape obviously vs sets/QT - even if he plays KJ this way which is probably not that likely we're still behind.

Against an UTG open I'm not in love with 3betting here. I'd perhaps more do that with way more dead money to offset things and/or a known loose opener. In position deep with a hand that plays fine multiway I think I'd lean to a flat. If 3betting, we're going to be setting up a small SPR where we'll likely be sigh committed with TP; so I'd like to offer poor 8:1 IO and thus raise to about $75.

For better or worse, we've setup an SPR of 3 and have flopped TP (albeit 2nd kicker, which is kinda gross). The board is ~somewhat drawy. I mean, this is a gross spot. You could argue we're committed here. If we believe we are, then I'd shove now. If we believe we aren't, then fold. But folding TP in SPR ~3 pots is kinda meh.

Not really sure we should be setting up these spots for these stacks readless as the read is key here.
