8/16 is there any way you're NOT betting this river?
Casino had a good HH promo again so 8/16 was going.
8 handed, I open UTG+1 with KJo.
Gambool asian lady calls, LAGish player 3!, tight but sticky old guy in SB calls, BB folds, I call, lady calls. 6 BB
Flop is a beautiful AQTr. SB leads out, I raise, Lady and LAG take 2 to the face, SB calls. 10 BB
Turn is the J of hearts bringing a FD into play. SB checks, I bet, lady calls, LAG folds SB calls . 13 BB
River is the 7 of hearts. SB checks, I bet.

You should definitely bet. I would strongly discount a backdoor flush draw given that this woman called two cold on the flop. She may end up having the same hand as you but that's not a reason not to bet.
If the Ace OTF is a non heart someone could have AXh. I would still bet. It gets interesting if you’re raised.
The only question here is whether to slow play the flop
Well played, except for the muttering part.
i wouldnt play KJo UTG+1.
I thought about this, and you are right, 8 handed KJo is a fold for me here.
Thinking about the hand, I am now thinking LAG was OTB where he loved to 3!, and the 2 seats to his left were lobbied, because old guy was SB. Maybe only 1 open seat(which is probably still a fold) but I am thinking there were two.
If I were in an 8/16 game where it wasn’t profitable to open KJo UTG+1, I would find another game. I would potentially get folding if it’s 10-handed but it’s not.
How profitable is it really to open KJo UTG +1 8 handed?
Now add in the reads that there is a gambly Asian and a lag behind you.
I would typically open this UTG +1 but I would fold it in the situation described but not feel the need necessarily to leave the game.
The lag behind you should make you want to open more in this situation
