Aces, 3bet pot: How to protect against this (lead)?

Aces, 3bet pot: How to protect against this (lead)?

So, this is not one specific hand, but a very similar situation, that has happened to me a lot now lately:

5-5-10/20 Rock game at Aria.
i have Aces, Open raise somewhere, i 3 bet in pos., everyone is deep (300 BB+)

Flop comes down connected 2 toned, not my suit, and a good reg leads 1/3 to 1/2 pot.
like i have AAKT ss, flop is 378 or something like that.

Do i always just fold here?
Or call one time, and then fold to the next (bigger) bet on the turn?

there's a few very good regs in those games, and of course they (and me too) know, that this flop hits their range much better than mine, and they take advantage of it. How do you guys play these type of situations? thx

Heads up you can call with back doors and blockers/future blockers plus the obvious calls you normally have, especially when deep and IP.

Multi-way it doesn’t matter you play your hand honestly. The burden of defense is split between all players.

The bigger the bet the less you have to defend.

You also need to make sure you are 3betting the proper range as well. You should have a lot of 9TJ in your 3 bet range so on something like this they can’t just fire away. You even have the dummy end with hands like A765ds and even sets like AT88ds.

Cultivate a proper 3b range and you will be fine. If you only 3b AAxx then you need to work on your 3b range.

I suggest everyone use a Button vs CO 3b range live. Practice that node and you should be fine. Live you need a very merged range to exploit the loose opens.

Pretty sure my 3bet range is ok (too loose/wide if anything), so it might be the case that I selectively only remembers those situations when I’m in trouble with aces (and not the ones where I actually hit well and get paid with rundown type hands).

Even if you have a wide 3B range, there could still be a chance that you raise and fast play your combo draw/set that can protect your range on multiple barrel too much. That weaken your calling range and make leading into you once or twice more profitable. If that not the case, I will just drop the "reg tag" on villain and considering if they're just a station who want to draw cheaper whenever they has something OOP.
