account restricted pending routine security review lasted over 3 months (still not resolved )

logged into my account on jan 3rd this year to see the pop up your account is restricted pending routine security review these usually take a few mins , however after 3 months im still getting the same pop up when i try to play or withdraw my funds , ive emailed quite a few through those 3 months and always get the same reply
how can a routine security review last that long i never made no player to player transactions in the last few years and i have always used my own bank card to make deposits and withdraw god knows what flagged my account but stars locking you out of your own funds for that long and not telling you why is a nighmare . as anyone else ran into this issue how long can these reviews take pokerstars support as fell off a cliff its like taking to a brickwall trying to get answers

update they after posting this thread and posting on twitter they have suddenly frozen my account the same night now so i cant even log in haven't emailed me to explain why at this point i just want my funds back
same thing is happening to me. froze my account, they do not answer my emails. however they answer in dm in there official facebook page. not that it helped my case in any way... I never cheated or used any susp software.

you should check reddit. there are a ton of players experiencing the same ****.
its an absolute shame whats happened to that site played on there for 13 years to alll of a sudden have my account closed at least im probably gonna get my funds back they asked me for my banking details today so they can withdraw my funds
