You can (should?) overbet the turn. As played it becomes a bit thin on the river, normally we are not supposed to reopen for a small size because we can be bluffraised out of the pot but they don't bluffraise anyway so 1/3 pot might be effective?
Bet/fold. Targets: KJ, QJ.
BB not 3betting enough so in some cases they have all of them. BB also not x/r rivers enough. I would b66 and then comfortably fold if they found the trap, which is much less likely with our combo.
River is not thin at all.

Easy bet, any bet size are ok.
Yeah go large on the turn, you dominate tons of offsuit combos and the opponent shouldn't have overpairs and sets very often. Most of these 3bet pre and 44 would checkraise the flop. You also have tons of draws on this board - the OESDS, flush draws and now wheel draws, so your opponent is incentivised to call you fairly wide with the Tx region.
Same as above have said, it isn't overly thin in the wide configuration, especially when most microstakes opponents won't punish you with enough river check raise bluffs.
