3bet pot set of aces on a monotone flop
Some advice for the following hand:
6max-50PLO 100bb stacks
MP opens 3.5bb, BTN calls and I pot from the BB with AcAd8d6h, both call.
Flop is monotone As8s6s , and I’m not sure what my plan should be. Thanks for help.

Check
We either bet small on monotone flops or check.
Your hand is a natural check. You block all your own outs and have no relevant blockers and are heavily invested in seeing a runout as cheap as possible. Check call. Fold a lot of turns due to you blocking yourself so heavily.
Bet ~20bbs and call it off. While it's likely that they'll fold bluffs like a K high blocker and only get it in versus with you hands that beat you, you're also denying equity to a bunch of wraps, which you unblock. They're not very likely to stab on an ace-high board. We're roughly breakeven on a call if they've only ever got a flush when they get it in, but between the equity we deny them, and the small collection of bluffs and semibluffs they'll have, we should be good to go.

What?
Why wouldn’t we just naturally protect our checking range OOP with this hand? We have no relevant blockers and only get called by hands that beat us. You think a naked straight draw is gonna call? Are we just betting to fold out hands with equity? Our hand is way too strong for that. Much rather use a hand like a naked Ace with a high club blocker.
You also want to call a jam blocking all your own outs?
And why wouldn’t they stab with a relevant flush blocker to fold out hands with an Ace either now or on later streets with a hand like KQJTss with a club?
I don’t like any of this.

No, I think a naked straight draw is going to fold, which is the point. If we check and they hit the turn, they are far less likely to fold.
Yes, we should call a jam if we've got enough equity. I ran the numbers and if they're never bluffing, it's close.
They may stab with a relevant flush blocker, but I don't enough to do so at 50PLO on an ace-high board in a 3bp.
Exactly what Echemondo said. I mean, that is the standard play.
We’re first to act so we don’t need to worry about opening up to the action to a check raise. So bet 10% pot and clean up some equity.
Thanks for the feedback. I think I like the smallish bet, which I would do with the nuts also. If I bet 1/3 and get raised then it gets bit ugly. Am I committed or do I have to fold since I block my own outs?
I checked, button bet 1/2 pot and I folded as did the MP. I felt weak by doing so. And ofc the rabbit cam showed I would have boated on turn so clearly folding was a mistake, right😊
You never fold the flop.
You fold a bunch of turns tho.
