Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♥ J♠
fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.2 BB, fold, BB calls 1.2 BB
Flop: (4.9 BB, 2 players) 8♦ K♥ Q♥
BB checks, Hero bets 1.7 BB, BB calls 1.7 BB
Turn: (8.3 BB, 2 players) 7♠
BB checks, Hero bets 4 BB
Just wondering if the turn is a bet or check vs regs, I feel its close but not sure?

I think bet is fine on turn (good even), but you'd likely be better off utilizing an overbet sizing.
You smash this board and went small OTF, you want to go really big on blank turns
You are the only one having KK, QQ, AK, AQs, KQs because BB is supposed to 3bet them always. They should also 3bet pretty often AQo, KQo, JTs, JTo (won't happen at microstakes as often as it should, but good to keep in mind).
i like it
NL10z reg is not a NL500z reg, they are much weaker! He never has KQo, I would go 1/2 pot(other than my standard 1/3 pot OTF, which should make him raise his strong shit, fold his trashy shit, and cal with his marginal shit.
After I cap him OTF, I want him to call turn and fold river, 7s are pretty much a brick, so I would go big but leave a good chunky over OTR. I would 12BB on the turn and on blank rivers I would go 2x pot
I want him to call turn and fold river
