I don't know about genuinely liking the content, that's a bit of a stretch. I'd say that viewers from this thread would watch purely for the amusement.

I appreciate that for some it has gotten old a long time ago. But just when you think Rice couldn't possibly do or say anything more stupid and hilarious he finds a way to be even more of a buffoon. I do wish there was a way to laugh at his buffoonery without contributing to his YouTube success, but alas.

I think he revisited the same course again this trip, probably to relive the experience.

Rice finds it amusing gaining access into places that he has no legitimate business being. Favourites include: college campuses, random stadiums and sporting fields, race tracks, cemeteries and golf courses. He is also known to enjoy randomly loitering and walking around grocery stores and parking garages for no other reason than that he can.

The Nomad requires a virtual living space and therefore loitering techniques and loitering exploration is very important. ELD needs to add shopping malls, hospitals, and libraries to the loitering exploration mix.

For what it's worth, this is exactly what I was saying. Posters here like his videos *because* is provides raw material for the posts here. In other words, it's not for the actual quality of the videos in any way...it's "purely for the amusement."

He should branch out and do some 1st Amendment auditing, he’d gain a whole new audience of knuckle draggers.

Im really surprised he hasn’t done a 10 part series breaking down tariffs. Ideally done from a parking garage while puffing a cigar. Oh the things we would learn.

You might even say that loitering is synonymous with the nomadic experience.

Playgrounds/parks are already in the mix, so why not. Add airports, bus terminals and monorail platforms too.

This would actually be hilarious. If law enforcement don't follow the rubric he will blow a head gasket. He doesn't possess the social skills or emotional intelligence to handle it.

ELD could also loiter at gyms, ideally the 24 Hour Planet Fitness is ideal for Nomads since it has the massage chairs that a Nomad can fall asleep on and also he can get a calf workout and shower in during the high priced weekend rates.

There's a crapload of golf courses in Phoenix, so he'll have plenty to do.

ELD starts his video in Harrah's hotel room. ELD takes the monorail to Bally's to check out the pizza store which has been changed to a sandwich store.

ELD then goes to Planet Hollywood to check the status of the future poker room and finds an empty second floor.

ELD then failed the seven hour challenge at MGM Grand and played only three hours with a $116 loss.

ELD takes the monorail back to Harrah's to sleep after a long day which started in Kingman, Arizona.

Has to do a "reconnaissance" mission of a pizza joint that has recently changed ownership and menu. The kicker is that he never once was actually a paying customer there, so God only knows why it's so important for him to investigate.

All he ever did was go and look at the pizzas on display and report about them in his vlog. The only time he may of had a slice was if someone else was shouting, or if he could convince someone at the poker table to allow him to deliver their order.

Also that has to be the most pathetic attempt at a challenge. Calls it off after losing $116 in the first 3 hours of a 50 hour challenge. So if he fails on the first day, that's it, he just takes the next 6 days off to watch King of Queens in his room.

He claims it was due to being tired from the drive, like it had nothing to do with the fact that he lost $116 in 3 hours which for him is monumental life changing money.

The grind has begun.

Since Rice has learned what it's like to earn real money (from poker dealing), he has become even more afraid to play poker.

The only thing Rice fears is people in positions of authority changing the rubric mid stream

Classic for sure! The "too tired to play" excuse is just another one in the line when it comes to usable excuses to not log any meaningfull volume.

All this stuff is coping with the fact that he also probably knows deep down: he isnt beating the games anymore, and as such he has become terrified of any swings-basically a scared money nut peddler.

Especially when he could just have waited until the next day to start the so-called challenge. How many years is Rice going to keep up the pretense of being a professional poker player just for the sake of making his YouTube videos to earn a few dollars a day. It's beyond hilarious that he has any viewers at all who actually take him seriously.

It's really bizarre. He's obsessed with this idea that he's a poker pro but he's been playing for 10 years or so and hasn't even made 100k from poker.
Much like his hero the trooper he's taking way to long to admit he failed.

The dumbest part is there isn't even upside to what he's doing. I mean if he runs super hot he might make 12 bucks an hour. He probably made more in 2 months of dealing than he has in 2 years of playing.

At least someone who tried to move up crashed and burned had an up side.

If you are going to sit at the table, you might as well leave with some cash every day.

Sadly, the majority of YouTube commenters take Rice seriously.

Losing $116 in MGM Grand games means you either got coolered or you are REALLY bad at poker. And the games there are the worst you will find anywhere, which is probably why he goes there - no whales, no action, average age is 70+… his kind of people.
