It's Caesars/Eldorado. That's the way they do it. My personal opinion is that sometimes they just switch them off to save electricity and wear and tear. Same with the elevator banks in Horseshoe. Sometimes only 2 of the 8 elevators in a bank will be working.
No tunnels/blasted but wrap up will have to wait. We made it out of Vegas but just barely with several of our party coming down with a nasty cough and fever. Must recoup first…
