I'm just showing how far away from an actual genocide this is. If there were a million dead I would say probably an attempted genocide. Don't get me wrong I do believe Israel would love to just kill them all just like the Gazans would love to kill all the Israelis. As has been mentioned, all we have here are casualties of war in a very dense place. Hamas using it's civilians as human shield hostages has made things worse.

well one side has followed the terms of the ceasefire and the other side has not held up any of their responsibilities. one side has consistently said in the most explicit fashion that they are committed to upholding the ceasefire, and the other side has sworn up and down they would do genocide as soon as possible.need to find that quote of the Israeli leader saying something

So it is not like if these children were executed by Palestinians it broke some moral threshold that hadn’t already happened.

There is obviously not a "probably" that should be attached to what happened in the Holocaust. The investigation is over and clear that it was indeed a genocide. Are you implying that you'd like to argue these results but you fear getting banned? I used the million number to show how ridiculous calling this war a genocide is. 40k dead is a high number but it makes sense to me in a war that is more than a year old. The million dead number would never happen because the Israelis value life. They easily could have killed a million at which point I would have said this looks like a genocide.
There were a lot of child soldiers killed. There were a lot of children intentionally martyred. The innocent children who did die were victims of the retaliation created by Hamas. No October 7th, no children dead.
