He should also learn about putting in actual work and efficiency. Driving all day to pop into several poker rooms to play an orbit at each isn't a money making endeavor. It's a waste of time.Imagine someone who works a normal 9-5. Instead of actually going to work for 8 hours they spend all day driving aimlessly . Every 2 hours they pop into an office to send one email. When t
Also the boss is secretly envious of the employee getting to drive around all day to do nothing.
Moreover, the boss only speaks for himself and there are 8,000,000,000 other people on Earth who likely agree with the slacking employee.
Viewfromthewing reports on high quality free food from the Las Vegas airport Capital One lounge and possible Nomadic benefits to those who eat, sleep and shower there:
It also features a special "Herbs and Rye" section of the menu.
pman is living the life. Condo and living expenses paid for by his dad. All he needs to do is work 20 hours a month to pay for his food and weed which he only does so he can make a claim that he pays for his own stuff. He lives in vegas with access to tons of poker rooms. Is an early adopter of crypto. All he needs to do is grind cash games for 40 hours a week and he still some
Not everyone would.
That is pretty awesome looking, but how is it free when you have to pay $45 to $90 to get in?
The Capital One Venture X card with the $395 annual fee paired with the Frontier Pass will give free entry to the Capital One Lounge and unlimited flights can mean a Nomadic stay every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. By hopping from lounge to lounge for a free shower and nap during the weekends before Sunday check in.
The capital one card I have would get me in for free. It has a 400 dollar annual fee but I get that back in travel credits.
Excuse my ignorance but I would assume you need to have a boarding pass for a booked flight on the same day. You can't just rock up randomly looking for a free feed like what Rice does at Laurel Lounges.
Another ELI5 video from Rice today. He really thinks his viewers are all in kindergarten.
He spent the first 5 minutes explaining that it pays to book long AirBnb stays as early as possible. He explains it about 4 different ways including various examples, scenarios and case studies just in case his viewers happen to be dumber than 2 year olds.

Yeah. I made it thru about 30 seconds of his yammering on that subject.
You can't book a 30 day stay if somebody else has already booked even a single night within that same period.... Rice felt this complex concept needed some graphic illustrations....
Clicked right out of there, couldn't take anymore.

Yeah I just assumed I was the only one who stomached the whole thing. Then I went into the comments and saw everyone high-fiving him and patting him on the back for delivering yet another well prepared and thought provoking lesson plan.

He needs to find a way to waste 8 minutes of your life, even on a 2 minute subject.
Today ELD goes over his lack of Diamond tier in the future years.
Once again Rice laments the revocation of his beloved voucher drinks, as well as Laurel Lounge access, and the deterioration of Caesars Rewards more generally.
He muses that he would be open to paying the $10 diamond cover charge for Laurel Lounge access, but only if unlimited cheeseburgers were on the menu.
Today's Rice video is one of the rare videos worth watching.
Rice basically admits he's too old and lazy to grind the pokerzs for Caesars Diamond status anymore.
Rice stated in the video he has less than a 1000 Tier Credits for the year so far. That's saying he's not even averaging 3 hours daily of poker at his beloved Council Bluffs anymore.
Reading between the lines, it sounds like Rice is off to another losing/break even year of poker.

Think Blue also comments on ELD's Diamont tier video.
