The lead singer looks like a slightly sexier version of Jack Black (no ****)

Sadly, I just heard that the great Matthew Sweet had a stroke a few weeks ago while on tour with Hanson. But his rehab is going well, all the best to him. Flat out musical genius btw. His Girlfriend album is as good as albums get.
Always loved this performance. Could have sounded better but the energy is there, and I really like that full stage silhouette shot at the begining of the song. Good camera work all around.
Joe Strummer did some great solo stuff after the Clash.

I'm a huge fan of Matthew Sweet but never heard him until you recommended him a couple years ago. His cover albums with Susannah Hoffs are great.
I had tickets to see him in Fall River, MA, but the show was cancelled at the last minute. I guess he had the stroke that week because the show was cancelled until two days before.
