Basic information:
- Poker website: http://www.foxwoods.com/PokerPage.aspx
- 800-442-1000 is their main number.
- There are 97 cash game tables and over 50 tournament tables.
- Located in Mashantucket, CT (350 Trolley Line Blvd.)
- There are 4 hotels on-site and many hotels/motels with 20 mins.
- The poker room is located in the Rainmaker Casino – the cash games are downstairs, while the tournament room is on the main level.
- Parking is abundant, with a large garage and several surface lots nearby.
- Minimum gambling age is 21 (18 for bingo).
- Alcohol follows CT state law, which serves from 10a-1a Mon-Thur, 10a-2a Fri-Sat, and 11a-1a Sun.
- Poker dealers keep their own tips; Table game dealers pool them.
- No smoking or eating allowed in the poker room.
- 860-312-3177 is the call-in number to add your name to the list ahead of time (up to 1 hour). Can be done for 2/5NL and higher, and 10/20 limit and higher.

Certainly not moving to New London for the poker action, just searching for the poker action I can find in the area.
AFAIK it's $1.75 per hour but there are a lot of double, triple and even four times point days. Check Bravo for that. I'm only on the Gold Tier (second level or one up from basic) but most times I come (not on weekends) they give me 25 points. Points can be used for most food spots and gas along with shopping at the outlet stores.

Just want to remind everyone to keep an eye on the BBJ drop cards. I've brought it to a dealer attention recently that he was dropping stud BBJ cards and we were on a 1-2nl table. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but now I see the stud BBJ has grown so high makes me wonder

Is there a bus that runs from Foxwoods to NYC? There used to be one out of Chinatown pre-covid; I'm wondering if anything similar has sprung up since then.

You could take Amtrak from Penn Station to New London and catch a 20-min Uber to Foxwoods from there
Someone told me about tier credit promos taking place over the next 4 fridays but can't find any info on the website or bravo. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Third mouse sighting here in the last two weeks. One or more just run out in the open from table to table. Told a couple of floors. Few other players have noticed. Hope something is done about it. Kinda hilarious to see though.

The bird population in the Foxwoods poker room was lowered recently probably why there’s an uptick in mice is my guess.
Need those predators.

They actually just officially announced it the other day that its going to fox tower. I think where the old food court used to be. No timeline on that but I'm assuming its downsizing quite a bit. Anywhere is a better location than its at now and at least it'll be back in an active casino next to a couple bars and non reg foot traffic..

We have an 8-16 HORSE game this Sunday, April 20th starting around 11:00 a.m..
HERE is our regular schedule for each week.
. 1 8-16 horse on the first and third Sundays of every month
. 2 Tuesday's 1 - 2 PLO 8 high low starting around 11:00 a.m.
. 3 Wednesdays 8-16 OE starting at 9:00 a.m. sharp.
. 4 Fridays one - two PLO 8 high low starting around 11:00 a.m.
1-2 PLO 8? If it's anything like the game that used to run at FW years ago it'll be 8 regs with $120 in front of them waiting for Aces Full and a wheel.

Hopefully soon since the new twin river room is turning into a failure. Someone said in that thread that the foxwoods room was moving next month idk where they got that info tho
A couple dealers have said the room is moving during/after summer. I though next month was too soon as well. The new room will barely have enough tables (28?) to handle the Thu step 1s turn outs that are running till May 22nd.

I've been told the new poker room will be in Fox Tower where the old food court was located. Here's to hoping they run some tourney series in the convention center around the corner, but I will not be holding my breath on it.
