If the Palestinians hand over the hostages far less of them will be killed. Pretty simple.
The total number killed will be up to the terrorists. Any time they want to cry uncle and give it up, the killing will stop. The goal is not a number of people dead. The goal is creating a safe place for Jews to live and visit. Whatever that takes will determine the number dead.

This rhetoric, while effective for boomers who have already made up their mind on the issue and want some reason to believe that the Israeli state are the good guys, is a hilariously bad strategy to convince future generations of Americans to continue to fund the Israeli military.

Hamas' ideology and their barbarism has been thoroughly highlighted itt. If by "people like you" you mean "normal people" then okay. Otherwise, not sure what you mean.
