He is confusing pretrial bail with post conviction bail. No one ever contended post trial bail isn’t appropriate in certain limited cases. People took issue with people being held in jail before trial, usually for longer than the punishment if found guilty.

TBH, I disagree with him on diet and nutrition. He thinks the key to weight loss is eating lean low fat proteins, fruits (laughable for trying to lose weight), grains (laughable) and vegetables. This is why people go on yo yo's. All this diet will do is literally make people much more hungry and crave food a lot harder, especially carbs and sweets. However he's seems very smart and would probably do good working along side RFK, Jr., and would certainly do a lot better than any of the byden regime's top appointees (who were all selected only for their gender or trans gender and not for how qualified they might be for the selected position).
