your failure here is not understanding how they frame it
no latino has ever had to work with someone in a friendly and amicable manner that they didn't suspect or outright know the person was biased against them negatively
there are many valid reasons for not liking kamala that has nothing to do with her race - reducing it to "they don't like black women" is both inaccurate framing and outright false - as you yourself saw nearly 1/5 blacks voted for trump
