No one rngs river here so if you get called switch it to value. Most people will either 100% call or 100% fold.

what are you doing pre?

by Haizemberg93

what are you doing pre?

Seems standard vs regs that don’t 4bet enough.

I don't think it is. It might be even better vs hyper aggressive 4better in that case at lese you can 5bet jam.

by Haizemberg93

I don't think it is. It might be even better vs hyper aggressive 4better in that case at lese you can 5bet jam.

If you have GTO Wizard Elite you can just nodelock population tendencies for 4betting. Standard is 7% instead of 11% for BTN4bet vs SB3bet.

I don't have it but I'll try to get a sim for you and post it here.

The basic problem I have with GTO preflop ranges is it assumes 100% equal skill across all nodes post flop, which will never be true in practice.

I would only use GTO preflop ranges if I had zero information about my opponent or the population.

Why did you stop coaching

Why did you stop coaching

It was too monotonous for my personality.

I’m enjoying the YT thing though.

Okay Haizemberg here you go.

33 doesn't get in there so bad play by me 😀

I wouldn't 3b that wide if it's not anonymous game. Bunch of those additional hands are worth close to zero even if he 4bets too tight, but your strategy is very transparent because of them.

Wasn't that BTN vs SB Regs under 4B but at the same time call to much? (Not talking about your pool but in general)

by DeeKayBee

Wasn't that BTN vs SB Regs under 4B but at the same time call to much? (Not talking about your pool but in general)

Yeah they overcall but under 4bet which is why they overfold to cbets OTF.

Worrying about fringe hands preflop doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me because like Haizemberg said, the close hands are going to be around 0EV so we can do whatever we want.

But I definitely don't play GTO preflop and would advise other people not too as well, if people disagree with that statement then we can just agree to disagree.

A cool spot where UTG get's 3x pot range/jamming range OTR.

I'm a nit and only went a little over 2x pot

Not enough data on this but I feel like regs are more inelastic between 3x pot and 6x pot than solver, feel like either the reg is curious or just has zero interest in finding out lol. So I think ur sizing is actually optimal as bluff.

There is a very rare type of reg who plays preflop well but has a sub 40 WWSF postflop. Against this type just bluff your entire bluff catching range.

Lol that looks like a misclick, considering you must have AX combos that missed a turn gutshot in your river rip range, meaning they're still losing to some of your bluffs. Wouldn't think too much about this hand, sometimes people click buttons while eating Subway, watching Dance with the Stars and decide their K high is good regardless of what's going on.

This is actually really sick, I thought it was a whale or misclick at first glance but I actually think the call isn't that bad if ip bluffs all busted draws thats not Ax of spades, if we count combos we have 16 combos of QJ, 4 combos of 87s (theory shouldnt bet this but population probably does), and alot of spade combos and combo draws, we need almost twice that much combos of value to be balanced here. Population is not always jamming overpairs pure here imo, so we have 1 combo of T9s, 1 combo of TT, 3 combos of 99, 44, maybe 1 combo of 22 that bets low frequency on flop, if we give ip half his overpair combos to jam and AT, thats only 20 more combos which is still much less than our value combos needed (29 value combos roughly, 20 bluff combos not counting spades)

Really sick spot think its really easy to overbluff here as ip, solver probably will actually give up a fair bit of bluffs due to the super brick runout that cuts down value.

I don’t like his turn XR since it’s over called in MDA as I have a lot of equity that wants to call. River line is amazing though.

He tanked too so I think that makes it less likely to be a misclick.

Sick hand
