The two things I think are interesting here are:

1. H _needs_ to get $135 in the pot postflop to make preflop not-bad, and all your bet sizings are making that difficult without V's help.

Dumb question but how do you arrive at 135$? I thought 15x IO for PPs (225$) here?


This is villain dependent and you didn’t really give us enough of a read to call either way. He x/r with lines that don’t make sense, but do his sizing make sense? Bad can mean he overbluffs or never bluffs here.

I agree. Obviously very nice call though. I guess maybe there is some value in block betting IP on the river like you did to induce a spaz vs this villain.

I will say some of the sets on the river don't make a ton of sense unless v is super trappy. But in general the amount of Vs that end up on the river with total air and check raise overbet bluff is so small. I would look for there to be some history indicating that he could do this.
