the zoom of PKW have hud. but when I look at the session ,there have not Hand record.

Hello, could you please clarify if PKW is PokerKing in the WPN network?

If it's PokerKing, please check your auto-import settings in Hand2Note to make sure they are correctly configured:

1. First of all, make sure the room is running in English.
2. Open Hand Histories tab in the WPN settings
3. Check the boxes Save Hand History and Save Tournament Summary.
4. You should add both of these folders in Configuration -> Auto Import - Add auto import folder

I apologise, here are the instructions for Hand2Note 3:

1. First of all, make sure the room is running in English.
2. Open Hand Histories tab in the WPN settings
3. Check the box Save Hand History.
4. You have to add only Hand History to Configuration -> Auto Import - Add folder:

​Tournament Summaries are not supported in Hand2Note 3, please do not add this folder to the settings, it will prevent H2N from working properly.
