I recently started using this again.
Just want to confirm, is this a subscription based or lifetime license?

There's not many updates anymore, as there really doesn't need to be. You can also edit and change the ranges, if they are getting the equity trainer. You have to edit the XML though, there's no GUI editor.
I like to try experimenting with this. any advice or sites i can check on how to edit the range?

Not really.. I mean you can look up GTO RFI charts or 3-bet charts as a starting place.
There's some in Drivehud 2 for free if you can't locate any. There's a free trial you can use to check them out.
