Hi, UK player just wondering what the best method is for withdrawals to minimise fees? Monza isn't available to me. Also does anyone know the business reason why 888 charges fees on withdrawals unlike most companies?

My account is freezed and the support requires more and more documents:
Bank statement, selfie with a bank statement, utility bill, selfie with a utility bill, address of registration...
The previous requirement was really hard to execute: notarized (legal) copy of a bank statement. I spent several months trying to find a notary who is able to do that.
And now the support requires notarized copy of a utility bill which is basically just a paper. And no notary agrees to do a legal document out of a random utility paper, so i can't really provide the document they ask.
Could we somehow solve the situation? Request of the support is impossible.
And also is there an end to the endless document requires?

I got my account suspended after sending all the documentation you required. I have no idea why this happened and there is no way to contact support if you can't log into the account. Is there a link that I can use to contact the chat support?

Literally no clue why after an update this happens so often next time I try to log in. That bug has been going on probably for 2 years now.
Usually the solution was to have a new PW sent to my email, however my email provider locked me out of my old email account recently, and with old registered phone number, so I literally have no option to get into my account?

My account StepShim is frozen since may. Literally few weeks after i signed up, completed the first verification, deposited and started playing.
Support keeps asking for more and more proofs of address: i've already sent all i have, all utility bills and bank statements.
All my docs contain all data they may need. But still, i don't even receive any comments about why it's not accepted.
Just another automatical "send new proof of address, just because" everytime.
Could you help with solving that problem?
I have no new docs left and see no result in trying to discuss it with 888 support via email.

There are few tournaments, where the game completely stopped. For example tournament 258273002. It doesn't allow to join stopped tournament nor observe the table ("This table is currently unavialable.")
