I think it's indefensibly cruel to place rape victims in a position where they need to "reframe their trauma" and just deal with males in crisis centers putting hands on them. We should do everything possible to comfort someone who does NOT want to be in close proximity to people who trigger them.
You skipped my earlier question on how you define a "gay marriage." If you don't recognize the immutable sex binary that we belong to, I don't think you can claim to support gay rights/marriage. There's no such thing as same-sex attraction if you promote self-identification as something to overrule sex itself. This is how we wind up with ass-backward and illogical stances that lesbians are bigots for turning down men with dicks.
Sure, there are "trans females", but most of us just call them men because we use objective definitions that are rooted in reality. Our biology is extremely important and it's puzzling that you think it's totally reasonable to abandon it, especially at the expense of so much. But as I said, we'll just need to agree to disagree, I guess.

Not sure you are right, but if a person has sex with both sexes voluntarily that's definitionally a bi, and it's uncontroversial.
There is a theory that most homosexual are at least a bit bi, even if they lean mostly the opposite sex (or not, depending on them), still bi.
Bi is the underestimate label because it's "too normal" with benefits, doesn't necessarily need to have a life different from hetero people in daily routines and so on, so the "liberation movement" didn't give a **** about them.
Only "pure homosexual" at the beginning were interesting to activists, and now they are too normal anyway so only trans people matter basically.

I agree something important is missing. Look at the last line in the story:
They added: 'At Children’s National, it is as if all critical reasoning toward the child was suspended, and there was no investigation into the extent that the child was lying.'
What do they mean by “the child was lying”. Because the way the story is laid out by the Daily Mail it sounds like they just took this kid because they wanted to force him to be trans. But an attempted suicide plus possibly some abuse allegations from the kid seems like the more likely reason, and the gender transition just happened to coincide with removal from a possibly abusive home.
Also the headline claims this person to be autistic, but if you read the article, they underwent two autism tests that did not result in a diagnosis.
And let’s not forget they are 19 now and could return to their parents if they wanted to. The fact they didn’t speaks volumes.
