Las Vegas Poker Player Vlogs

ELD reports an unfortunate miserable poker player dared to challenge ELD's breadth of knowledge and legal interpretation of poker rules. Of course the floor immediately affirmed ELD's interpretations, gave the offending player a one orbit penalty which allowed said player to leave early for dinner, and finally ELD rebuked the player who then likely will feel shame for months due to his audacity to get into an oral argument with ELD. ELD comes prepared with a diagram and citations and learned reasoned arguments to support his ruling. Clearly, the unfortunate player who weakly argued with ELD failed to raise the issue at the time the other player wrongfully showed his hand thus waiving any standing to object as untimely and moreover the showing of the cards wrongfully did not kill the hand and merely lodged a one orbit penalty against the offender consistent with ELD's interpretation.
^ ELD's law school education is not going to waste.
I think Rice should write a Biography about all of his life exploits.
Then he could team up with a screen play specialist and get Brad Pitt to play his character in a feature film.
Yeah, either Brad Pitt or Clint Howard.
Embarrassing to resign one’s self to living off your parents like this kid does. At age 45 he will be Trooper without the candy and girlfriend. He could revive the weekly meet up and do “PMan Thursdays” at Westgate but of course he cant commit to a schedule like that.
Trooper is miles ahead of the poor kid. From what we can tell of Troop's vids, when poker sucked, he got serving jobs and lived in ghetto hotel rooms. I'd bet my net worth that Pman couldn't show us a year of his life where he worked 1000 hours.
Pman is such low hanging fruit, I'm not even gonna bother commenting. Just gonna leave this here.
Pdad put his foot down and said, "I'll only cover mortgage, hoa fees, utilities, insurance, cell phone, allowance, and that's it!"
Life is tough when you have to fend for yourself and cover your food and weed budget all on your own.
Not a surprise that he's busto though, him alluding to being wealthy from bitcoin was a huge exaggeration it looks like. I'd be shocked if his holdings are more than 3 figures worth.
Getting a job is a step in the right direction but someone like pman is only going to work 12-20 hours a week since working full time is too hard.
Hope he beasts it and proves us all wrong!
I guess it's easy to get a job at a place nobody wants to work, it's hard to believe Sahara and Westgate poker rooms still exist.
It's going take a long time dealing a few hours a week at Westgate to get back $1k he lost in a few hours playing an online bracelet event or the $880 on 4 bullets into a PKO online event. lol
Pdad put his foot down and said, "I'll only cover mortgage, hoa fees, utilities, insurance, cell phone, allowance, and that's it!"
This is probably true, but Pdad paid cash, there is no mortgage, only the lost money he could be earning interest on, even 5% APY on 180k ( I think that is close to cost of condo don't remember) Is like $750 a month he is losing out on.
Does that sound like someone without money? To have any extra 180k laying around to dole out and lose out on a lot of money from interest or other investments.
Pman likes to stretch the truth.
remember when pman tried to act like he had a wsop backer that backed out last minute that wasn't his dad?
truth: it was his dad
"I am an early adopter of bitcoin"
truth: he has 3 figures worth of bitcoin
"my dad doesn't financially support me"
truth: pman pays for his own weed and food

Pdad has plenty of money and is a very loving and supportive dad.
Unfortunately he is also an enabler and created a nearly 30 year old man baby that relies on his dad to pay for 90% of his life expenses.
Pdad not paying for his poker bankroll is his way of putting his foot down.

Can you really call it a poker bankroll when you are a losing player? It’s more like a budget.
can't be brad pitt, he skips leg day

While the guy was a dirt bag the best part is Diesel not knowing what the rule is,saying dealers can't know all rules but then trying to make the ruling himself and not wanting to call the floor.

Id guess a LV condo appreciates at a decent rate and so thats a factor you are leaving out of the ROI analysis.
I think so far, he has missed out on much of an increase, when did he move in like 1 or 2 years ago? Most of the increase has happened starting like 6 or 7 years ago, the last couple of years mostly just large fluctuations between being higher in the summer and then going down in the winter for whatever reason.

Possibly Pman's job is to sit in the condo all day and to prevent squatters from breaking in and causing condo damage in order to allow appreciation of the property. Pdad is guaranteed no tenant major damages which could occur with a non Pman renter. I think the Summer increase in condo prices has to do with people in the Midwest wanting to move to Las Vegas to prevent another Winter in the Midwest and most people in that area of the country do major moves in the Summer.
Can't wait to see pman get his grind on after he rebuilds his bankroll. A little of coaching, some extra funds and it's back on like Donkey Kong.

Yeah if everything happened as he described it, he definitely escalated the situation unnecessarily. As soon as the player exposed the hand he should be calling the floor and let them handle it, but that would involve actually knowing TDA rules. Also his argument to Seat 4 that he didn’t protest “soon enough” is just lol horrible. I’m sure Rice is a decent dealer, but his refusal to learn rules outside of the NL cash games he’s played for years is atrocious.

Yea I dont have much sympathy for anglers but the guy in the hand really can't say anything about the rule when the hand is exposed. He's giving away the strength of his hand.
Diesel smugly saying dealers can't know all the rules but wanting to make the ruling himself is insane. As is the guy crying bc it's a one orbit penalty and not a dead hand.
A couple weeks ago Diesel stated he would willfully rule against the TDA, the floor, and basic logic in a gross misunderstanding spot so this isn't surprising.

that's putting it very kindly
he's a software engineer who struggles with the most basic Excel functions and also had a job doing data entry which paid as much as a software engineering one
likely had to take a trip 20+ years back in the time machine for that one
Data entry never paid as much as software jobs, even before pman was born.
