Preflop sizing with AK vs a bunch of mid stacks

Preflop sizing with AK vs a bunch of mid stacks

Blinds $1-$2, but game is $2-$100 spread-limit, max you can raise is $100 over the previous bet.

All three villains in this hand have stacks around $150. I cover.

HAND: a couple folds, V1 in EP opens for $15, V2 calls in MP, V3 calls on Button. SB folds.

I have AKo in the Big Blind. What should I raise to?

Normally it should be around 90

However, you're stacks are very shallow so with stacks only 150 you may as well just jam.

Edit: 115

All-in but we're stuck at this stupid limit game.

Either bet the max and jam the rest in on the flop, or don't raise at all, and donk-lead $50 into a $60 pot on any ace-high or king-high flop.

Yeah, I’d probably be going 115 in this scenario and would be jamming in NL.

115 at this stack depth.

RESULT: I actually 3-bet to just $85 and everyone folded.
