You would need something like 800 occasions since 1946 of thousands of rightwing extremists burning neighborhoods, police cars, local businesses, because they hate blacks just to make even with leftist racial riots, for the USA.
Then 500-600 massive rightwing student protests clashing with police because they want to ban abortion or whatever, occupying campuses and so on.
