GTO Mistake?

Hello everyone,

I've doing some training on GTO Wizard, the cards were like this:
Hero: SB AhQh
Villian: UTG AcQc
Flop: JsTh5d, Turn: 7s, River: Kd
Hero raises, Villian reraises and GTO says to only call ,although I have the nuts, why whould I not shove? Could it be rake or something or simply GTO mistake? Or am I dumb?
