Punt! You should be checking that flop and you don't really get any worse hands other than TT to fold
Villain will have QQ/JJ at a greater frequency than GTO since people don't 4b enough.
Also be careful with the line of thinking "I have all X hands"
You do, but if your hand was AK or QQ, you'd want to bet the turn yourself.
Check or small bet on the Flop.
Check/Fold on the Turn. There are enough hands in our range to defend and there are better blockers for bluff check/raise.
