An unofficial poll of poker dealers all say that they don't mind as long as you clearly say you are moving the button and get a response from the dealer. Otherwise, it's better never to touch it

...Rice really can't cut expense any lower ...

Are you sure about that ??
I'm thinking Rice could maybe lower his expenses an additional $100 to $200 a month ??

by RidePolaris

You're looking?

Yep, I invested in Ash & Erie, a menswear brand that caters specifically to guys 5'8" and under.

Stealth camping FTW

Rampage's latest is absolutely brutal.

Rampage's latest is absolutely brutal.

I have no empathy for Rampage.
I have watched him bully short stacks for 5 years now, which is/was a big part of his cash game success.

Eliminating the massages or the facials?

I do respect his honesty in showing hands/results. We can question his lines/decisions but he is showing us poker.

If Timmy/Rice had been transparent and vlogged hands and results this way like Neeme and Owens, their channels would have grown exponentially. They should have ignored the critics (us) put it out there and reaped the rewards. Their egos couldn’t handle it. Bad marketing is good marketing. Give the people something to talk about even if it is controversial or wrong.

It is still there for both of them and they wont pull the trigger. Ego is a dangerous thing.

Rampage has lost $1M in the last couple weeks?
my gosh it was just in January that he said he hit rock bottom and was taking a break.
why does he keep getting himself into these games he's not bankrolled for

Pretty sure this vlog is from the game where he got buried and then said he's taking a break.

ok fair enough

he played on HCL last Friday 2/16 and lost another $51K so...

those hand histories were brutal, didn't even get coolered once, just pure monkey tilt

pretty sure most of his success is in tourneys, he should stick to those. If i had to guess I'd say he's likely a lifetime loser in cash games.

He lost around a million in tourneys last year

Seems bad if true that Rampage lost so much in tourneys, too. Have no clue what his BR is, but risk of ruin obviously seems pretty high.

Hard to go broke when you run an illegal poker site honestly. Just might need to slow down and let the siphoning of player funds into your accounts catch up

If I had to guess, I'd say Rampage is still up a million plus dollars from cash games. Pretty sure Rampage won more than a million in cash games in 2023.

Yup, that and his loan sharking business.

My bad, 450k live tourney losses. Not too shabby

From the comments section, straight from Rice...

Pretty scary there's someone in the world that thinks like this. I enjoyed the first few replies where Rice's plan for poker is to make as much as possible as quickly as possible while having no desire to play bigger than 1-3 while also not trying to improve his game.

"I understand. A position with benefits is different. At UPS, it's 25 years to full retirement benefits. So regardless of OT/holidays/weekends/etc, you need to be there 25 years. Poker to me is "get as many hours, as much money, as quickly as possible.""

"I understand that. As a single person doing something with no retirement benefits, I'm trying to make as much as possible as quickly as possible, while I have the energy to do it."

"Interesting dive into the wording. Yes, I think I was the best lawyer almost each time. But it felt like they wanted to hire people who would never leave, not necessarily people who would be good at the job. In that regard, I wasn't what they were looking for. Which is part of the reason I got turned off. If being good doesn't matter, what's the point?"

"I didn't make it known during the interview. They saw my resume and assumed I wasn't staying. -- I get that. But compared to the other candidates, none of us being lawyers yet, I was better at the tasks than they were."

"If you want to play 5% of hands preflop, do it. If you want to play 33%, do it. If you want to play 89%, do it. Do whatever you want when you play. If you play. That you think I’m going to do things differently because a stranger on the internet is mad is a pathetic state of affairs."

"Someone brainwashed you into thinking retirement requires a house."

Rice's comments in the YouTube comments section expose who he really is.

Agreed. Ive said it before that you learn more about his character from his responses to comments than you ever could from watching his carefully curated videos.

Yeah he'll keep lowering expenses all the way until he's living on the streets. His desire not to work for a living or admit he was wrong all along is much stronger than his desire to be successful or have a comfortable lifestyle. It's scary but Rice's misplaced ego and grandiose delusions will be all he has left in this world.

IMO Diesel seemed more upset about people moving the button unannounced in today's video than any of his downswings

Just another one of his absurd rants where he massively over reacts and over thinks a trivial little thing. Like the time he assumed the poor waitresses would never get their tip money because that one guy was tipping silver dollars and the coins were supposedly going to end up being out of circulation forever!

9 times out of 10 the dealer is well aware that the button has been moved and the 1 time out of 10 when they aren't it takes all of 1 second to let him know by saying "buttons good" and the catastrophic situation is effectively averted. Ive never once witnessed it lead to mass confusion or pandemonium like Rice makes out.

Literally the worst case scenario is that the dealer moves it incorrectly and then moves it back after its confirmed that it was already moved. Most of the time it saves a few seconds by moving it for the dealer and every now and then it will cost a few seconds. Only Rice would let such an innocuous situation get under his skin to such a degree.

Was just scrolling through twitter and saw this pic and thought you tf is posting that monstrosity then saw it was El D and was like yeah that makes sense
